Patrick tries the Bi-matrix shaft last week

Switched back to his old shaft but with a new version of the BB head set up different

Said the numbers were great on the range. Hoped that carried over to the course

Uses the old Hogan driver to work on hitting the ball in the center of the face. Makes his driver look huge and builds confidence

I'd like to see him tee it up with that Hogan. That would be awesome. Put a Fuel 75 in that!

    That thing looks great.

Hey Greg, is the head 440cc like the X(2) Hot pro? Looks smaller in the picture.

It looks like pretty much all the Callaway staff guys are in the BB pro, other than Mickelson. I wonder why?

I was paired with Patrick last week in the RBC Heritage Wednesday Pro-Am. He told me he cracked his driver at Bay Hill and has gone thru 12 drivers and finally found one he liked. Now he working on a shaft to fit it. He was hitting an XHot 3 wood with a stell shaft in it and just killing it. He does use a 43" driver. By the way, a great guy, very good sense of humor.

Mickelson is known to almost hit down a bit on the driver so the gravity core in the alpha really helps his spin. I guess most of the other staffers hit up enough that the BB spin is better for them.

Just curious, is the Pro version maybe a little lower spin than the retail version? I like the overall look of the BB better than the Alpha, but the Bertha spins a bit much for me. I have a hard time believing the only difference in the Pro version and the retail version is .5 degrees in loft.
