Kathy Marie, where are you???

Not to be nosy, a stalker or anything, but has any heard from her since she got her new/old golf clubs?

I was just thinking of her as well. Since all our other fair weather friends, pun intended, are done with winter hibernation, it's about time she made a return as well.

Was just wondering that too. Hope she is starting to get the feeling of swinging the club

OMG, I'm sorry!! I almost never look in this part of Golfwrx.

I had no idea I was missed, truly I didn't. I don't want to worry anyone and I guess I have. Not a good way to treat friends, you have all been so generous and gracious, gentlemen to the core...



By way of apology, I *will* make a point of popping in if only to say "Hi" and I WILL get "picture enabled."

That last part will take some time since electrickery is NOT my long suit. Probably couple weeks to a month or so.

Hi, Tembolo1284--I am a petite brunette who feet were set on The Golf Path when my PT said, "Golf will keep you out of the wheel chair." I was set on The Vintage Path when a little hickory driver had a 'beat down' on my TaylorMade in a side-by-side shoot-out. TaylorMade accuracy: 1/4 shots, Hickory at worst: 2/4 shots. But for Three Glorious Fairways, 4/4 shots, 100% accuracy, my shots were *where I wanted them!!!!* That had never happened before.

I started buying vintage clubs & I found Golfwrx but it took a loooong time to get up the courage to post. It's still tough sometimes. I try to make a solid contribution, but I'm basically a beginner and most folks here are experts.

The last I heard from her was in January 2018 and that was via PM. At that point she had gone back to work, but her injury wasn't allowing her to golf, at least right handed which was her natural side. Sadly, I haven't seen or heard from her since. I hope that she is okay and has been able to move on with life even if that doesn't include those of us here at WRX.

Has it been since 2014? i recall she asked me about my Sonny Drysdale avatar. I explained that Sonny courted and sparked the love of my life, Elly May Clampett.

I guess I was fond of the worthless, handsome Harvard man, Sonny, too.
