Fg tour

So I have a few dozen of the blemish fg tour. Want to get more. Cant find any. So what is/was the new equivalent package look like?

I know Wilson came out with a 2014 version, I'm looking for the prior model.

Haven't seen any blems yet, and the 2014s seem to be in short supply.

The old regular FG Tour were Silver and Orange like in your post, while the FG Tour X were black and orange.

Seen both of these on clearance at Wal Mart for $25 per doz. If a Wal Mart near you still has some stock, it's a pretty good pickup.

I suggest the 2014 fg tour. Solid performer throughout the bag, but still has that tack feel that I never liked on the previous. All in all great performance, but still prefer the v1 and TP to anything out right now.

Wilson should know better than to price their ball with the top tier balls IMO.

I agree about the price point.

Release this ball with a $30-$35 price tag and I'm sure people would be all over it. Look at how many jumped at the blems.

I just think if you take the avg golfer at the store and throw these amongst the other tour balls and most will grab Pro V1s, then TMAG, and a few for Nike, Srixon, and BStone. I would imagine that Wilson would fall at the bottom.

To think of it, I can't remember seeing an FG Tour commercial for gall balls. Seen Duo commercials but no FG Tour ones.

Sad, the FG Tour is a great ball.

I wish I could give the Wilsons a try, but none of the golf stores near me carry them.

Find the blems if you can. The X is a monster but less durable. The new FG is completely awesome except it took a step back in durability. The original FG is more durable, then the new FG, the X is least. Until the new FGs come down in price, you absolutely can not go wrong with either the X or OG FG.
