I usually don't along with S300's... but I couldn't let them sit in the shop any longer

Interesting selection on the wedges. Love to hear your rationale! Fellow 3 random wedges player haha

What flex/weight shaft. If you got this built in the gta, I’m quite sure where!

Didn’t get them built. All stock from Carl’s just landed last night.
Playing 50,54,58 TM milled grinds now. They’re okay, but I wanted to try one of each brand randomly, to branch out and see what I may be missing and or if I like ones feel, looks at address, etc. better then the other.
Fully understanding these are diff clubs for diff shots. Looking forward to hitting them though. Will sell the 3 under performers, or more and continue to test and tune. I could get fit but unless it’s off grass with many shots I’d rather buy, test on course and sell what doesn’t work for me.

I’m finally realizing how important my wedge game can be this season especially. A lot of courses I play aren't that long and my driver game has been good so far. So I have a ton of 130-70 yd approaches so far this season and I want as many options as possible right now to mess around with.

Not usually a fan of large putters but love the alignment system on this.

I like the different shaft arrangement. What's the story with them?

    All I can find:

Tour Model. Features round muscle back merging into thin top line with iron number and "TOUR MODEL" in upper case letters on sole and "Titleist" script in middle of muscle back. Available finish: high gloss chrome. Distinguishing feature: wood dowel pins in hosel.
Tour Model 841. Limited edition. Same design and features as regular Tour Model but with "841" stamping on muscle back with tour preferred grinds and offered only with True Temper Dynamic steel shafts and Golf Pride Victory grips.

I assume these were custom ordered as what now is considered AWT or AMT with ascending weights as the irons are shorter.

Good stuff, and as you say, similar to the theory behind the AMT shafts. Whoever ordered those (back in the nineties?) was well ahead of the curve. Made me wonder if they were a pro order. No matter, I think that's a really good pick up.

These are from 1984 and I agree. Seems a "Player" had these made up as this set. Can't wait to get em on the course.

1984? That's interesting. I have a set of the Tour Models from '79 or '80 back in the UK. You got the whole set, from 1i onwards, which is really cool. Man, that's a really nice pick up. I've gotta think that's a set ordered by a pro or high am.

My boys bought me an early Father's day prezzie (54) so I bought a matching 58. Played them today and they'll stay in the bag.

Also tested this today. This'll also stay in the bag...
