503i tour issue pic!

It's killing me that i can't try it w/ wounded hand. :tongue:

So i can't give you a report but when i ask him to hit it, it sounded solid like a blade.

This head is bendable like a forged carbon steel clubs.

Wow Joey, incredible pictures! This is the first time that I have seen pictures from address and the face, absalutely fantastic pictures, I have only seen distance pictures of players bags. You will have to let us know when you are well enough to hit it. Thanks for the photos :tongue:

sweet looking club if you don't mind me saying, which i'm sure you don't! finds like these are what is going to get us through this long off season. i don't know what i'll do with my time tuesday-thursday when i'm anxiously waiting for tournament bag pictures. i guess i could go work on my game....

I'm in line for one.

Here is what might be significant about this proto;  in earlier 503i proto's the "font" used for the model no. stamp ("503i") was the traditional one, as Titleist has used on the 670/680/690. 

 

Now, on this one, I see what I presume is going to be an updated font for the "503i" stamp; the point being that this is a newer proto of the 503i, a very current rendition, and maybe, just maybe, Titleist is changing its mind about a retail release of this club.

 

They'd make an awful lot of people happy if they did!  This club looks great in terms of set-up look, face height and length, etc.

 

Joe do you have any more info?  How about pics of the sole?  What loft is this club?

Nope No info on the retail production. Let's hope one of the Titleist rep can give us some inside here.

They can email me if they feel uncomfortable posting and i will keep them confidential off course. :tongue:

This club was 20* and the player complaint being a bit short, then i bend it to a 19*. I won't be able to take anymore pic untill the Q school is over. He is going to be on the road a lot till then.

IMO that would sell pritty well with the better players compared to the iron woods cause from address that looks just like a blade.
