Just heard on the radio that Maryvale will be getting a 18 million dollar renovation courtesy of Grand Canyon U. All the green will be redone and a 10k ft facility will be built. Thoughts????

Sounds like the prices will probably start climbing once they are finished.

On a side note the Phoenix City team Championship is Dec 5-7... Papago, Encanto, Aguila. Anyone playing in it???

Looks like the clubhouse had a fire Friday night.... total loss. No idea how it started and they are looking at how this may delay the reopen in Fall.

Might actually speed things up depending on how long investigation takes. No need to worry about saving anything if it's all fire damaged. Demo was started for them

Looked like the old structure from what I could see on the news report.... I had thought they were going renovate. now it looks like a full build from the ground up... any of you guys involved...
