Nike Golf Demo Day 2015

That's awesome! The only thing missing is me!

How are the fairway woods? Any side by side pictures of them?

The footprint of those drivers, esp the two black faced ones, looks excellent. The fairway wood too. And as I posted somewhere else, the Vapor Pro irons are probably my favorite of all the 2015 releases (that I know of) thus far. Just a gorgeous set of irons.

Nike is looking good this year, can't wait till Woods make it into the store for testing!!

I'm impressed how the Vapor Speed is a GI iron but the offset is very minimal. The sadistic side of me still loves those Vapor Pros though lol.

Are those wedges actually those colors or is that for quick identification at demo day?

Pretty sure that's the counter balance weight for the putters that you can adjust.

Yeah, so they don't rust on shelves.

Plus, it will be the most visible wedge on the rack.

Nike is legit this year, excited to recover from a knee injury and hit the vapor pro driver and irons

I have never played a Nike stick in my life but I am a huge fan that is everything nike in and out of golf. A couple things from a non-nike player:

This lineup of woods is such an enormous upgrade from those red Christmas ornaments they came out with last year. Cannot speak to the performance, but those things are just flat out ugly. These new ones however, with that bright yellow swoosh on the top are really slick looking if you ask me. I would 100% put one in my bag. Secondly, when I first saw the irons I was not a fan because I do not like irons that have a bunch of colors on them. However, I have come around on these and will even say they are sweet looking. I would play a set of the pro-combos in a heartbeat. The putters are ugly, sorry. The heads looks like two cookies with some frosting in the middle and I am confused by the red/black heads with bright blue grips? Could just be for demo I guess. The wedges are ugly, Nike used to make some really sharp wedges, what happened to those?

All in all I think Nike is fast charging and is on their way to leading the golf industry like they do every other sport. Got to love Nike, they are innovators and you know nobody else has the $ they do for research and development.

No they have a wax cover to tell what grind is on them for retail purposes. They come in a raw finish

Are the wedge forged or cast?

Any pics of the Vapor Speed fairways? Can't wait til I can see all these in person.

I believe they are cast. Like previous generation Toe Sweep.

If forged, they would have some kind of stamping on them to say they are.

The Flex fwy is going to be hard to resist. Got to keep telling myself the VR LTD is working fine.

Looks like a Vapor Speed 3w is going to be in the bag...does anyone know what the face angle on them will be? I'm hoping its a degree open just like the previous Coverts.

Speed and Flex are 1* (only Flex 5W is 1.5* open).

To those who have hit or used the vapor pro irons, how do they perform forgiveness-wise and distance-wise compared to other player's irons on the market such as the Titleist CBs, TM TP MCs, Mizuno MP-15s, etc. I realize I probably could find this on another thread but I am lazy. Thanks.

did anybody hit the new wedges yet? Any notes on performance?
