If you mean the RZN Black, it's an excellent ball. It will give you better feel than the 20XI and it will hold up in the wind much better than either the Callaway or the Srixon. It's like a lower spinning/launching ProVx. Definitely feels a little firmer off of the putter face but it's a great ball. Holds its line extremely well and wedges don't overspin. I'm very similar in my stats to you and have enjoyed playing the Nike. There was a deal on them out of golfhq.com for something like 26.99/dozen. You could see if that is still going on.

HAHA, again its "RZN" not "RNZ" haha.

But in regards to your question, yes the RZN black is what I play and I love it.

I get more feel and precision with with this ball. Holds up in the cross-winds better, and I feel like the cover lasts longer than the previous model.

I would say go for it.

If it holds it's line jn the wind better than a chrome plus I would be very impressed. All Cally hex balls have been the bench mark for wind performance.

It's a great ball. Just bought in bulk - if you come from ProV1 or ProV1x, it does take a bit of adjustment around the greens. Once you know what it does, you appreciate the consistency.

I used to play V1x and tried the RZN Black on a playing partners suggestion. I found it to be straighter off the tee, added 7-12 yards off the tee (3-7 yards on my longer clubs) and my approach shots stuck by my ball mark (V1x typically zipped back 3-5 ft). I will say, I am a high spin player and this ball fits me perfectly. As regiwstruk said, it does take a bit of adjustment around the greens but once you feel that out you definitely appreciate the consistency from tee box to bottom of the cup.

Also as it has been mentioned, you can find deals on this ball all over the place, amazon to random golf eshops for $30/box when retail is $45+

I think I will game them this year. They sound like a great ball. I probably by 2 dozen off lost golf balls and another 50 20XI for practice rounds; since I understand the performance is similar.

I'm between the RZN black and Chrome+ a the moment. RZN seems a little longer off the driver and 3 wood but not by much. Doesn't balloon with long clubs and seems to run a little more than the Chrome+ off the tee. Chrome+ seems slightly longer with the irons, but spins a ton with the wedges. RZN Black is more hop and stop, Chrome+ spins back a couple yards. Off the putter noticeably less clicky than the Chrome+, but definitely not as soft as the 2013 V1x. A little more durable than the Chrome+, and both can be had at a similar price point if you do some digging online for the RZN.
the black will spin less off the driver - and feel much firmer off the putter. the lethals are probably a little longer in the irons than the black but, both are solid in the short game.

don't know if that helps lol
I think that the RZN series holds better in the wind than the Lethals did. Like others have said, RZN is more drop and stop. Lethals could spin too much.

This is EXACTLY how I would describe it. I went from 20XI-X to the Black before switching to Chrome soft and loved the Black in the wind. Great ball!

I haven't really got a chance to play the RZN black in windy conditions, but I did see an article somewhere that they really tried to make a ball that stayed stable in windy conditions.
