2015 Scotty Cameron Golo putters

Anyone taken a look at these yet? They are available April 3. Looks like us lefties got the standard kick in the a** with the ugliest of the bunch being our only choice. I'd love to see a lefty golo 3, I haven't even seen a tour only version.

Lefty here also, definitely disappointed that I won't be able to give the GOLO 6 a shot. A lot of people bashed these when the pictures first released but I actually really like the look. I'm sure they perform great as well.

Anything other than what we got would have been exciting. I get the percentages and the lefty whining gets old even for me being a lefty but throw the fellas a bone once in a while. The golo 5 is great but three straight releases of the same putter isn't going to produce more lefty sales. The average guy who pays $350 plus for a putter keeps longer than a release cycle or two. Maybe hell will freeze over and we get something from the next select line like a newport with a flow neck.

Completely agree, I try not to complain about lack of lefty love because I do understand that we aren't going to get as many options but this release is extremely disappointing. I still may give the standard GOLO 5 a shot though, I honestly don't think it looks all that bad. Looks a lot better than some other mallet putters other companies are releasing.

Tried the Golo 6 at the Cameron Gallery store. I loved the B60 style heads but did not like the feel of this.

Can you elaborate on this? What didn't you like about the feel? Any other impressions of this putter? It's not face balanced, correct? Thanks.

I like the feel of a solid metal milled putter. The aluminum insert just felt different in a way that I did not like. Sorry I don't have more for you but I took a few hits, tried a few 009's and at that point the Golo 6 was out of the equation. I play a Golo today. I did not pay attention to the balance but trying to recall, I think it was more face balanced than my Golo. Sorry, wasn't a focus for me after a few hits.
