Usually when you're looking for one of a kind wedges you might go to the JDM page, or wedge works. Hopkins and Cleveland allow you to customize if you want to be different. Today I met the guy refurbishing a set of Titleist 690.MB for me. He is starting to make wedges. I think his first prototypes were in 2013 based on a forum search. With the bigger companies you can choose from a drop down menu to order, but with Jim Kronus you can call him directly and have the club made exactly how you want it from scratch. His stock clubs look to have a full grind which is probably what we all should play, but grinds are in these days and why back off a wedge that can do a little more whether it be opening up for a flop or giving you enough bounce out of a bunker.

He only makes right handed clubs so far so my interest is to get his name out there to get lefty options available because he offers the softest metal S2C and is renowned for the quality and attention to his work. You can pick from satin, chrome, or raw finishes as well. Figured I'd post his video and hope that one day I can get a lefty wedge of this quality.

I currently own Vokey and Miura wedges, but don't have the options this guy can give us, the consumer. I really like that you can actually talk to the guy that's making your wedge. From the type of shaft you want to how you want it stamped to final grinding. You'll have to deal with a "Kronus" or "Iron Factory" label on the back (you get to choose), but I think some day that will be the badge of quality. Anyway, if you guys have examples of others offering a similar product I'd like to know as I'm seeing many manufacturer's limiting the lefty release. I've always wanted to own a 54, 61 degree set of S2C forged wedges raw. Right now this is the closest thing I can find to making this dream come true for me. Let me know if there's something out there I missed.

I bought a set of his wedges about two years ago. They look great. I don't know if he has changed but when I bought them, he only offered one grind. The Vokey grind as he called it. They hold up great and feel great as well.

The material is what interested me most as it is known for having soft feel.
