Orange County National

I will be making one of my many trips to the Orlando area at the end of June and I think I want to go play at Orange County National. It is just me (wife and kid will be doing something else) so I don't really need to plan anything. I was just going to grab something on GolfNow. My question is which course should I play, Crooked Cat or Panther Lake? Do either have a significant amount of local knowledge? I don't really care too much about length, but I do like when there is a good variation of lengths of holes (don't have to or can't take out driver on most holes). Any advice is welcome, including other course recommendations.

I've played both but honestly liked both equally. Most people seem to recommend Panther Lake. There's some threads in it in the Florida section.

Played both multiple times. I prefer Crooked Cat - think it's a little more complete in terms of a challenge. Can't go wrong either way. Get there with time to warm up - range is pretty cool.

Play both. Call up and see what replay cost is. Worth a full day there between practice facility, lunch and 18 on either side of lunch.

Shingle Creek is also a nice course.
