Tee Style Pitch Repairer

Are there any repairers currently available designed like a tee? As in single prong repairers... There used to be one on tourspecgolf but doesn't seem to be there now!

Uhm...

Wouldn't it just be easier to use an actual tee, instead of buying a mock tee to repair ball marks?

Any tees I've found are too thick to repair it without leaving marks... Fine for soft greens but not hard summer greens...

They sell one at Dicks. I think it is maxfi but I'm not certain.

Yes they are maxfli and they work very well. Come in a two pack.

Odyssey makes one. I've seen it at Golf Galaxy.

Correct. I have one and it's not bad. Also includes a ball marker.

If you want plastic I have some made by Pitchpro and Foregreen. Both about $1-$2 each

LaMont Mann has a terrific reputation here, and along with his custom made putters, he also offers a couple repair tools that meet your needs.

He mills/makes these himself and can add some custom stamps/initials if desired.

Several courses are now giving out the Pitch Pro tool. Does less damage than the traditional two prong tool and easier to use than a tee.

The Pitch Pro ones are great.

Here is mine. Picked it up last year on eBay. This is by far my favorite divot tool. Unfortunately, my GIR percentage is so atrocious that I rarely get to use it.

Can you take a picture next to a golf tee? I've bought one of their handmade and a wooden single prong and they're both monstrously big--too big for use really.

Their Hand Forged version is much smaller than the Wooden Version they sell. I know the current run of Hand Forged ones are a limited run as they were the initial prototype. Sounds like the next version will be lighter and just a bit shorter. Regardless, it works really good on the green. I've used mine in 4 rounds thus far and loved it. Prior to that I always used a tee and was pretty adamant about not carrying anything extra in my pocket, but I have made the exception for the Seamus Single Prong.

Do the PitchPro tools put holes in your pocket or anything?

I wish this was available retail. I saw it in the Machine putter thread. So sweet!!!

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I'm finding that the Seamus Single prong tool is very large, resulting in big holes in the greens I play on.

Maybe I'll contact Seamus and ask about filing down the single prong to make it more fine.

+2 on the mannkrafted. Get the clip. Works great & with the clip won’t stab you or move around. LaMont & his wife are great.
