Divots should be ground under repair, Spike marks on greens should be patted down. Stroke and distance gone it would help speed play. We should be able to kill any slow players, after a warning of course.

Hmm I like where your head is at

I’m reading through the posts and at first glance, an “etiquette course” sounded crazy but more and more I think about it, it’s brilliant. It could really help with pace of play and just being more respectful of the course and players

If it would be possible, people with an “etiquette” card can have priority booking times
    Numerous downstream possibilities

No changes necessary. I love the game the way it is.

I wish that some of people who play the game would take a few lessons. So, count that as something that could change!

The deepest any bunker can be is two feet AND no big lips either!

I am NOT a pro and I do not WANT to know how to play pits from ****.

    Why, that's not very sporting . . .

Slow play - to all this wanna be tour players and never was a tour player lining up those six footers for 7 s and missing or those six practice swings - all that pre routine is not going to help you!! So get it in gear the blank with your league!!bs

It takes to fcn long to play a round of golf!
Kids are playing video games now.
Golf will be extinct unless we make it a 2-3 hour game

Music of any kind eliminated, even for casual rounds.

Putter should be the shortest club in the bag.

Balls in the fairway that come to rest in a sand filled divot should be a free drop from ground under repair. I wonder why they did not make that change? It is very unfair to penalize someone that hit the ball where you wanted them to hit it. In the fairway! (Image)

    Slings and arrows, brother.

I would like to see the Tour adopt a "tournament" ball with a set of characteristics that would maintain the integrity of classic courses. The existence of such a ball wouldn't affect recreational play at all.

Price. Would love to see the game be affordable for some of these kids who need it. Local golf just seems through the roof

I would like a return to removing the flagstick to hole putts.
Far too much damage to the collars of holes since people don't remove the stick.

Play the ball as it lies.
Golf was never meant to be "fair".

Indeed. A player’s ability to deal with the golf’s fundamental unfairness is the real soul of the game.
