Custom chroming logos on wedges?

I'm wondering how Anthony Taranto of Callaway is achieving the custom chrome logos he puts on tour players wedges. It's something I don't want to ask him directly as a professional "trade secret" courtesy, but I've seen it done elsewhere too. Do any of you know the process to achieve these custom looks? Tape? Some sort of spray over a stencil?

Bead blast and taping off the areas you don't want affected is what my buddy did.

Similar to what I did on my son's TVD wedge. I made an oSu logo cut out of heavy electriclal type tape, applied that to the back of club and then bead blasted the back of the club. Removed the oSu mask and the logo was perfectly visible had I wanted to leave it like that. If you want a mirror finish, just polish the back, apply the mask, bead blast and you are done. I took it another step and hand peened the blasted area with a rounded punch. It gives the logo a raised effect and sets it off even more.
