Mizuno Mp-57 vs ... MP-60 and Callaway X-forged

Hi friends.

This is my first topic in this great golf "nuts" firum.

I am wondered to improve from my callaway X-18 pro series for one of these:

Mizuno MP-60; X-forged or the new MP-57.

I am now a 10 handicap.

I feel that the X-18 PS has a huge top line and I want a feel and more thinner top line in my irons.

I have tested already the MP-60 and x-forged and liked both - great feel and forgiveness. I am undecided on those.

But now appeared the MP-57 and another undecision!

How do this iron compares in terms of feel and forgiveness to the others two ?

Can anyone give me some insights?

I think there's a reason why Mizuno invented the slogan, "Nothing feels like a Mizuno".

As far as forgiveness, general rule of thumb is to look for how big the cavity back is. IMO, the list is from least to most forgiving:

1. X-Forged

2. MP-60

3. MP-57

Demo them yourself to know for sure. Good luck!

I'd think the MP-50 is less forgiving than the x-forged.

I switched from the x-18 ps to the MP60s and I love them. I have no problems with them as far as hitting them sweet but just be aware that the lofts in the blades are weaker than the X-18s. This is going to cause about a 1/2 to a full club loss of distance until you adjust. The shafts are also shorter in the Mp60s. You will have to adjust to that but it is a small price to pay in order to be able to work the ball when you need to.Good luck. Gotta go. I have a tee time!!!!!
