Anyone know what shaft he's playing at the CIMB and the presidents cup? Looks like a motore speeder vc tour spec. 8.2 or 9.2???

Guess it would be the Tour Spec 9.2 as his driver is the Kuro Kage Tini 80X. He seems to go with the heavier shafts, so the 9.2 makes sense.

Golf.Com and everyone else thinks Adam, and J Day, are using a Silver TiNi when in reality they are using the XTS. Clearly saw the XTS etched into the shaft.

They just want to fake it and have it look like the pros are using a stock shaft.

It is the prototype of the XT. Very Stiff tip and Low launch/low spin. The Silver TiNi was low/mid launch compared to my Di6. The XTS/XT had become very popular on tour,along with the Rogue Silver and HZRDUS.

I have an 8.2 in a 913 D3, titleist only lists the 6.2 & 7.2 as options but if you ask they will gladly throw in an 8.2. Not sure if that extends to the 9.2 as well. Might be the only shaft I've tried so far that borders on too stiff, in the driver at least. Probably better suited for a FW, was cpm'ing in the 290's IIRC.

VC 9.2 cpms on a 5" clamp tipped 1/2" at 43" at 300CPM. It freq on the rifle scale at about 8-8.1 but feels even stiffer.

There is a tour only Pro 93 Tour spec. The white and black one available. Tour and some chartered dealers. Also an 83. Both were made for and used by JB Holmes.

I had a 8.2 sent to me in a X awhile back in a FW. I picked it up, swung it twice. Put it on the BST the next day. That thing is pure rebar.

He could just be playing a P95 painted like a VC.2 TS. I would LOVE to try out the 9.2 in a fw. I'm playing the Motore F3 90 in my fws now. Actually, I would much rather have a 95g HZRDUS but a 9.2 or 10.2 would be killer.
