***ATTENTION***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***ATTENTION***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***ATTENTION

Last year, in an effort to improve the capability of our forums, we switched to new software. We expected tremendous scalability and rapid customization that would significantly improve each Member's experience across multiple devices and integrate flawlessly with social media platforms.

Unfortunately, after a significant capital expense, we have decided that the length of time and the additional cost to reach our goals make this enterprise untenable.

Thus, we have made the difficult decision to transition the forums to our original software platform. We’re excited that, in the nearly two years since we began the process of our most recent switch, our original platform has been upgraded significantly, and we are confident that the reversion will not only provide the stability that we desperately needed prior to our last move but will also return to the Membership the high level of customization that made our online community so great. We have also added technical resources to the GolfWRX staff that will allow us to build custom modules and modifications that we are confident will take the forums to the next level.

We remain the world's largest online golf community, and we still hold true to our core values and mission statement as written in 2005. Bearing both of those elements in mind, being the best and offering our Members a platform that is world-class are both requirements, not options, and it is that spirit that has motivated this decision.

So, please pardon our mess over the next five days or so while we transition the forums.

A few important notes: Current content will be accessible during that time, but the forums will be READ ONLY, and you will not be able to start new threads or reply to posts. Personal Messaging is enabled but PMs sent/received from the time the board was frozen will not carry over. We know this is inconvenient, and we apologize, and we greatly appreciate GolfWRXers bearing with us through the transition.

We are very excited about starting this next chapter for GolfWRX and getting back to the high-quality Member experience we all expect as soon as possible.

You would think for these pictures TEE would have cleaned out the groves on the bottom of the club.

Just received my left handed EX9. Love the look, put the 6 gram weight to make the club fade bias and trimmed to 42.5in to get the swing weight correct. Should be able to get this on the course soon and compare to TEE XCG6 which has been the best 3 wood I've played. Only complaint is the head cover which is the new leather style that seems to be catching on.

I have the first version of the fairway that has this sole. Trust me its a simple wipe of a towel and its gone.

Is there an explanation for these "river flowing" nonsense on the sole?<br />
Jack Pearsall has no time for excessive club cleaning and unrequited wood head fondling.

Less resistance to the ground I believe. Which should increase club head speed through impact. I believe this is what TEE was saying

Very curious to try the new fairway wood. The mini slip stream portion of the sole seems very interesting.

Is it true for the Tour EX9 FW, the 17* model is only 42"? While the 15* is 43"? Seems pretty odd, but I would be all over it as I am looking to build a short 3-4 wood.

Picked up a 20 degree tour hybrid purely based on looks and it performs. Good distance and great control. Certainly a good pick up that'll stay in the bag. Horrible headcover I must say though. Checked out the tour driver as well. Thinking I need to give one of those a try as well. Nice compact head shape.

Just received my EX9 Tour with the Rogue Silver 70X in it. Only got a chance to hit it at some simulators. Great feeling club, distance didn't seem overly impressive but felt very easy to control and shape. You would need to put a brutal swing on this to lose it. But this is all based off feel and Ball Speed as my sole accurate number. Cant wait to give it a try on the range or course.

After 5 rounds the distance is on par with the XCG6 I had before. Seems like it easier to miss on the pull side. Head is definitely smaller at address than the XCG6, but I like the standard model is a little deeper than the XCG7 and 8. It plays great from the tee for sure. Off the deck, like any 3 wood, it will depend on the lie. Fluffy rough has me turning back to an iron because I don't trust the club. Hitting the ball high on the face or on the heel side takes off distance while toe hits hook bad. It's not a forgiving as the XCG6 in this respect. The smaller head cruises through light rough and hitting low on the face turns some greater results than expected. Still need some more time to learn but I highly recommend changing from the matrix stock if your miss is a hook. For me it was evident the shaft wasn't for me and misses were terrible.

Just curious if there is any reviews on these drivers? I have searched & found lots of previews but that is about it. Unfortunately they are not that common up here & have yet to see one in person. Any on course or comparison's to any popular drivers would be greatly appreciated.
