What do you wear with grey/white shoes?

I am looking at buying some adidas tech response 4.0 golf shoes. I want to buy the mainly grey/metallic silver and white ones but I have no real clue what to wear with grey shoes. Its never really been my color but for some reason I am liking this shoe.

Please provide a yes or no in each category and what color tops you would wear with that color pants.. If you respond yes. Also feel free to leave any other advice!

Adidas probably makes a belt to match the shoe. Pick up one of those, too. From there you could easily go pants in white, black, gray, or blue. Pink and red would work, too. I would not wear gray with more earthy tones like greens, browns, and Khakis. From there Pick a shirt that coordinates with the pants and you are good to go.

I've got a pair of the darker gray FootJoy Icons from 2 years ago and pair them with a gray JL belt. It is a sweet combo and one you don't see often.

thanks for the info about avoiding earth color. This was more my concern. I really want the mostly grey and whites but I really need something as most of my pants are mainly earthy =/. Maybe ill have to go with the mainly white ones... with grey stripes.

the white with grey stripes should be ok, but if you like the grey one, get them, and then work in some more pants that'll match.

i've got a pair of Lunar Control 3s that are grey and crimson. i've worn them with black, navy and gray shorts. i'd even probably wear them with khaki, just avoid brown and olive drab.

Agreed. Stay clear of the earthy tones with grey and you should be good.

Also agree with the advice on the belt. Getting same brand matching belt as shoes is key, IMO. Adidas is VERY good about consistent color schemes/matches between shoes and belts.

To be honest, you'll be on solid ground with black, navy or grey trousers. Really can't go wrong with any of them. I would echo the view that grey isn't as good with your browns and tans, but otherwise it is a pretty easy colour to match.

Shorts only. They're almost a running shoe, so rules out long pants.

I've got the new Adidas Tour 360 Boost shoes in grey. I wear either black, grey or white trousers with them. I haven't worn navy with them yet, but I suspect that they might look quite nice.

i always wear them with a matching belt, mainly due to my OCD.

Shoes match belt and hat coordinates with both.

My dark gray Nike Lunar Bandons with neon green accents match everything! They look particularly good with shorts and a white belt.
