I bet these are nice. A shame they put that blue stuff in the cavity and on the bumpers though.

Anyone know why Odyssey puts the small little dent in the shaft towards the head on all their tour putters? Easily noticeable one of the pictures of the first putter in this thread.

V line fang looks ok but would be better with a single sight line rather two dots maybe ?

It is. Only slightly firmer than the versa insert

The Rossie was one of my more memorable putters. I might be giving her a go again.

The Rossie looks good, but the #2 with the flow neck (not pictured here, but it is in the PGA show galleries), is probably my favorite of this line. I also dislike the blue and the cavity inserts.

These will fail like the Crimson series failed. They look sort of tacky...that said, we all know Odyssey will come out with another line next year, and another...and another....and another...and another....

The way they operate just rubs me the wrong way, much like TaylorMade does almost every other Tom, Dick and Harry in the golf community.

People are buying the putters, they have employes and machines to make more putters, so they do. As long as they are making them, might as well tweak them a bit, no? Would be boring if they only produced the same line over and over.

I kinda like that they have their ensemble of proven shapes, and usually bring out a new shape now and then to try out. I also like that they release new lines often. I seldom buy one, like I most likely won't be buying anything from this line, but I like trying them and over the years I have found a couple that I have liked and bought.

Eye fit is a fitting tool that Odyssey uses. Involves a mirror on the floor to measure where your eyes line up in relationship to the line of the putt. Most accounts have the mirror and can get one if they do not have it.

But on the putter, it basically denotes toe hang doesn't it? One "dash" is face balanced, 2 dashes has a little toe hang, and 4 blue dashes is max toe hang, based on the putters shown in this thread.

Yeah..for most part the dashes represent toe hang from Face balanced 1 dash to full hang 4 dash. Most plumbers necks are 2 dash and flow neck blades are 3 dash. #9 is 4 dash.

Odyssey needs a a Rossie and V-Line Fang with plumber's neck in the line-up.

The light blue in the badging makes these look like ladies' putters.
