I'm sure this has been answered in another thread somewhere, but what are Bubba's swing weights? Are they pretty "light" because of that baseball bat handle attached to the end of his clubs?

It's on ping's website, most everything is D3/4 his wedges are D5 ish, except for the 64 which he likes really light, D0.

Those grips, i couldn't imaging installing something with that much tape under it.

I did see the SW info for his woods and wedges, however, didn't find anything for his irons... Seems like that bag must weigh a ton with all that tape and maintaining a SW in that D4/5 range.

He has on and off. Last year he carried a 7 wood primary

Only the g20&30 have the pink available as far as I'm aware

Where did you get this info from? That's absolutely nuts, but sounds like something Bubba would do...

(Fellow Lefty) Amazingly creative golfer who has some of his clubs set 10 degrees open. Extreme heel grind on the long irons as well. Very particular about his clubs but it works for him, 2 Masters victories.

Please guys. I'm just here to expand our perspectives ie golf iq.

His 2 iron heel is ground down about 25 %.

I know it takes world class talent to hit shots etc. But little things like this make a club night and day.

For example most of us would hit it fat with a 2 iron, but with a flattened heel edge this 2 iron is almost like a hybrid. Not exactly but you know what I mean hopefully. PXG has the same grinds on their long irons.

In fact a lot of these pics show bubbas irons ground down the heel .

These are way different than s55's off the rack.

It's the indian and the arrow. Neither one or the other. It's both guys!

We tend to focus on grips, shafts and the color of his driver.

These pro's have a lot of tweaks that make their equipment wake up.
