I love them and for golf, they make sense...no morning dew or grass clippings sopping your legs evaporating up your ankles while providing some additional coverage vs shorts...I will buy multiple color ways when they launch on NDC. Finally Nike...

This style is nothing new and people have been wearing this style for awhile. People need to get out more. It's what the "kids" are wearing and its filtering onto the golf course. Rory and Rickie are in that demographic. Oh the outrage. Do you guys not go to a major city or travel very often??

Agree with those that think these are ridiculous....The better dressers on both tours are laughing their arses off at this. Sorry, but these aren't for grown men. And this has NOTHING to do with pleated pants and or baggy golf shirts.

They were both punished for it by the golf gods today on the course .

You guys don't get it. What are the youths wearing today? Short sided thoughts. All the junior golfers I know think it's cool. It's relatable to them.

I think these are perfect for golf. It keeps your pants legs clean when your fishing balls out of the creek. They don't get snagged on briars looking for your ball in deep vegetation either. And they're super easy to roll up when you're hitting shots out of the lake.

I'd rather wear joggers than this all-gray onesie...I'm a Phil fan, but both Rickie and Rory looked better than Phil did at Augusta here, and they're at least appealing/relatable to some subset of golfers (a pretty sizable one, mind you, and one that we need to continue to foster interest in golf in for the future of the game). I'm not sure who, if anyone, could relate to Phil's atrocious outfit choice.

When I saw Fowler walk up on number one tee box all I could think was "WHAT ARE THOSE!!!!!"

I dislike the pants but Rory's shirt was worse today and the lack of a decent collar only accentuated his terrible look today IMO

Yeah, I'd much rather be one of the people who have been known to wear joggers (rickie,Rors,Scott) and be laughing all the way to the bank with earnings from winning a combined 10ish times in the past year

And they wonder why it's hard to grow the game. Get over it, there will be more styles that push the envelope in golf. It's good for the game.

Joggers are comfortable and fashionable. They were originally made with sneakerheads in mind to show off their shoes. They evolved into a trendy and stylish (in my opinion) option for pants. Like most things they can be dressed up as we are seeing on the tour. Please just walk around socal where Rickie is from you will see tons of guys 18-30 in joggers, TONS. If you don't think so then please spend more time outside. Go to a college campus and you will see the same thing. Guys see Rickie and Rory wearing these and think wow golf has gotten cool and maybe isn't only for grandpas anymore. It is crazy how many people have such a stuffy and closed mind.
