2016 Poll: Tiger's future - will he play/win again?

Now that Tiger has announced he will not compete during the 2016 season, I wanted to conduct a poll as to his future. I'm going to try to keep it unbiased (as much as I can).

I won't say because I really don't know what's up with Tiger. I'm getting a little suspicious.

I predict Tiger will be President.

Rickie Fowler will be Vice President.

Phil will be Attorney General.

Briny Baird will be ambassador to China.

I would love to see Tiger return and win at least another major. I think it's absolutely within the realm of possibility, but is it likely? Probably not. Perhaps the most probable scenario if a comeback does occur is Tiger winning at a lesser tournament and ultimately flattering to deceive in the big events.

As reluctant as I am to say it, I don't see him winning again.

I am sure that he will play, the urge to come out and play, always seems to great for these guys that have done it time and time again but I just can't see him winning. I would love to be proven wrong but I am not holding out any hope for him.

He plays a short schedule. Wins an insignificant event. Gets injured again. Retired.

I would love to see him in the booth. Maybe him and Chamblee. LOL.

I think he's a Brett Favre. Mentally, still thinks he can pull off the comeback, but the body just won't let him do it.

I think he comes back for a few events, realizes the body can't handle it and calls it a career. I don't think he's a Phil, who just loves to play, I think if he can't win, the grind will get pretty old, pretty fast.

No one knows who he is working with, or what they're working on, he's going to be 41 in December, I've not seen a hint about his actual physical condition, so there is no factual information to support even a guess. His return may be a question of "can he?" more than "will he?". I do not see him him coming back and being content to be a top 10-15 guy.

How can he not play. It's a good story that his will to dominate will keep him from playing at the level he wants, but he's seen older men with health issues like Watson, Mickelson, Couples sniff at the occasional major. He'll be there grinding, after all, he is a great grinder, he didn't win everything by 10.

If there is 0.1% he can improve his major total, I believe he will play.

I did not excercise my franchise due to there being no fitting category, like...

He will play again on the PGA Tour and *smash* Jack's record into bitty pieces small enough to be used to brew a bitter tea for TW haters to choke on ; )

We now know there are at least 8 members here that have serious problems. :)

I'd love to see him win again, however I can't believe that I ever will.

I want him to either play or just retire and stop all the ridiculous speculation. After "trying" to get ready to play all year (probably knowing it wouldn't happen) he finally announces he is done for this season, but plans to play in 16/17. Well that starts in about 6-8 weeks. Does all this crap start again in September/October? Give it a rest

I can think of two reasons. Putter not as good as it used to be and nerves/mental game nowhere near what it used to be either. And this is assuming he actually gets his swing figured out, which is a pretty huge assumption considering what we have seen in recent years.

Even up until about a year ago I would have said he was going to break Jack's (18 major) record...now I'm pretty much 100 percent certain he won't come close to it...

I don't even think he'll beat Slammin' Sam's record of wins on Tour at this point...

To answer the question, NO...I do not think Tiger will ever win again...I think he's done for good, forever...
