Superstroke counter weight not staying in.

I am having a problem with my superstroke counter weight coming out of my putter. It just doesn't stay lock into the threads. Anyone else have this problem and how did you solve it?

I did, bought some loc-tite and problem solved...

The threads can strip if over tightened. I did the exact same thing and emailed super stroke pictures. They were great and sent me a replacement.

I'm guessing it's just a fragile system because it's newer tech for their grips.

Exact same thing happened to me on my pistol gt tour. A+ customer service from super stroke.

If the weight is loosening, a touch of Loc-tite will cure that. If the plastic threaded piece has come unglued from the rest of the grip, I highly recommend good old Shoe Goo.
