I was a member out there for about four years. Great course and always in great shape. Now I play all over. Are you wanting to join out there?

I joined in January of this year. Was just curious if any other people that frequent this forum were members. Maybe have a wrx round or something.

I am not sure if anybody else is a member or not. Lots of good people out there and course is very challenging. Have a big Mo in the locker room for me.

Looking to join. Do you still enjoy the club? Worth the money? What are your likes/dislike?

I typically play all over Houston and the state for that matter. Like the idea of being able to play other courses as well.

That's why I joined. It's a 1/4 mile walk from my house to the clubhouse. The young executive o.n.e. Membership I got when I joined a year ago was too good to pass up. Especially with the other clubcorp availabilities around houston and surrounding cities.

is the course still well kept? i am back looking for a place to join and its probably between here and black horse. meadowbrook always seems to price themselves out .

Always well kept. Even in January it's in good shape. The events they hold are a ton of fun if you're serious about golf. You're on wrx so you have to be. The mga is really active and has monthly golf tournaments. Anything from scrambles, shambles, best ball, net stroke, chapman, 3 clubs and putter is this month. I didn't know anyone when I joined and signing up for events as a single isn't a problem. All the partners I've played with have been great and some of them have become good friends over the past 18 months. There's only 1 grumpy guy I've come across, otherwise all the members are friendly will say good morning etc as you pass by. They have a weekly dogfight you can hopefully win some cash in as well as a Saturday morning game. It's good stuff! Always easy to get on the course or hit the range. Cmon and join! If you want to play a round before hand, shoot me a pm and I'll take you out.

I apologize in advance for reviving a long dead thread, but I recently joined the Club at Falcon Point and just wanted to see if there is anyone still active on the forum that is also a member.

I am a Houston area yex member so I have access. Normally play magnolia creek / south shore but I'd drive over for Katy for a round.

I am technically a member there. I had surgery so I put my membership on hold (alumni travel). I will be re-upping it when I am able to play again.
