Diamana Ahina 70 x5ct in and M1 or M2 driver

Title kind of speaks for itself. Thinking of putting a TM adapter on my Diamana Ahina X shaft and putting an M1 or M2 head on it.

Wondering if anyone has had any experience with this combination or any insight?

Go for it if you like that shaft and head. Shafts are not head specific and visa versa.

Literally just hit this exact combo yesterday at work. For context, I play an LTD at 9* with a Speed RulZ Type B X. I average 117 s.s and around 169 b.s 2100 rpm and 14-16* launch angle. with that combo. My mishit is a big hook.

Hitting the M2 with the ahina was pretty eye opening. I had a 10.5 head lofted down to 9.3 ish( 2 notches toward lower setting) to open the face up a bit and honestly it was bad a**. I have always given tmag a hard time, especially with the m1 since they feel so hard off the face, but the m2 actually does have a BIT better feel with the ahina in it. It felt still hard, but poppier. My numbers were averaging 121 s.s and 175 b.s launching with 15-16* of launch still, and spinning at 2000rpm on draws, around 2500 on fades. Picked me up 9-11 yds of carry and the open face gave me the confidence to swing away with no hook fear. Im gonna test one out in the course asap now. Id highly recommend it.

This was one of final 2 shafts when I got fit into my M1. Numbers were good, but the my dispersion was a little bigger with it than compared to the Fubuki Alpha. Plus that shaft has always seemed to make the ball feel a lot harder off the face than others. I'd say if you like the shaft, and I assume you do given you are talking about switching adapter, I'd say go for it! You won't be disappointed in the M1/M2.
