I game a Cobra F6 and love it (w/ a no-upcharge Aldila Tour Blue shaft), but my buddy just bought a Titleist 815h with a Diamana no-upcharge shaft and I think I like the Titleist even more. The Titleist is on sale for $170, and the Cobra is on sale for $160.

Looks like the Cobra 2/3 hybrid is backordered, and now that it's on sale, the Aldila Tour shafts are a $30 upcharge

I'd try to find an 815h to hit and see how you like it...that's my vote...but I've never hit any Taylormade hybrids

Yeah, I was looking at the titleist hybrid also. I just need to go hit a couple. I just wanted to see others opinions before I did.

I'm still gaming my SLDR hybrid, just for the sole reason that I haven't been able to find anything to kick it out of the bag yet. Pretty sure you can find them for real cheap on eBay right now. Fantastic club in my opinion, and I'm not really one for playing a hybrid.

I am not much of a hybrid fan but I stuck the Srixon H45 in my bag a while back and it has been awesome. I decided to give it a shot after playing the 745s for a while and tried the F45 and 545 driver... all were better than expected but the H45 is great from just about any lie for me and it's really workable all while feeling under control the whole time. They can be found cheap on eBay... I'm thinking of grabbing a 22* to replace my 3 iron.... Love this one.

The Titleist Hybrids have always performed well for me. I recently purchased he 816 and I believe it is the easiest Hybrid to hit that I have ever played. I started out with the 910s then the 915s and I felt both performed very well. The amount of adjustability on the Titleist Hybrids make them a breeze to dial in to your desired flight. The 816 is no different, but I felt it launched higher and carried further than both my prior Titleist Hybrids. With that said I could easily still play the 910, but the 915 did offer some improvement over the 910 a little higher flight and a tad more distance, so far I am seeing similar results over the 915 with the 816 a bit more carry and a slightly higher ball flight. Worth noting that I have played each generation Diamana shaft in all three of the Titleist Hybrids going back to the 910 these shafts have performed well for me.

Tour Edge Exotics EX9 with Recoil F3 shaft. Be careful, the recoil is stout and the F3 is more than enough for me (I swing driver 95-100). Never expected to buy this, but hits flat shots w spin on a rope, with no hook. LOVE IT, in 19 and 22.

I have the 17 & 19...great for attacking par fives and long par threes. I'll also use one off the tee on a short par four if the hole is tight or hazards abound.
