14-way stand bags for me as long as they're full length dividers. I like the organization and minimal club tangling. I tried to go back to the 4 or 5 way bags and couldn't stand it. Regardless of whether I'm using a cart or stand bag it has to be 14-way!

Once you go 14 way, it's hard to go back.

I just recently got a 14 way stand bag and like it much better. It is nice to not have the club grips tangled. But I do miss being to organize my clubs in a row as opposed to a honeycomb pattern.

Actually, it seems to me that 14-way CART bags are abundant but 14-way STAFF bags don't exist.

Not a large sample, but it's still interesting to see the 14-way cart and 4-way stand bags are nearly tied.

Have been a 4-way stand bag user for many years, Sun Mountain and Ping Hoofer. Recently picked up a TM Catalina cart bag with all dividers thinking it would be better on the back of golf carts on holidays abroad. I've since realised i can't invert my clubs for transit with the additional dividers, so what benefits it might have had are negated by other issues - will probably just sell the Catalina on, or keep it to store my spare clubs !

I walk for a lot of my rounds and not always do I bust out the clicgear, so I'm pretty much a dedicated stand bag guy. My OCD forces me into the 14-way...anything else gets cluttered and annoys me too much.

Hated 14 way. Too much clanking and chatter when walking or driving. Too much time searching for that clubs own spot. I prefer 6 or 7 but 4 is all sun mountain does unless you go to a smaller bag than a 3.5.

Seems true for stand (or carry) bags that 4 or 6 dividers makes less noise than 14...

Cart bag with 14 full length dividers and two wells on the outside = $....now I need to find one where the top slopes like a stand/carry bag for use in my push cart, as cart bags just don't slope the right way for a push cart....the one I have is about as neutral as I have seen.

I didnt like 14 or 4 way. Would like a 6 way with an spot for my putter.

My biggest issue with 4 way is the putter mingles with everything and headcovers and clubs tangle. Not real reason I disliked 14 way other than clubs in the middle had to fish for the right spot when putting the club up at times.

If I were to choose again I would go with 14.

    4-way stand bag still winning...

Also, for this poll, 4-way and 6-way bags are essentially the same. Simply trying to compare the popularity of bags with lots of dividers versus bags with fewer dividers.

Carry bag with few. I actually prefer 2 divisions. 3 at max. I think there is less club chatter with less dividers. And only carrying 12 or less clubs really stands out with 14 dividers...

I have a 15-way divider in my cart bag and I'd newer go back to less than 14 unless it was the Ogio Woode system, which I have in my carry bag.

I have a Sun Mountain C-130 for riding and a Four 5 for walking. Both 14 way. I like that every club has a slot and I know right away if I have misplaced my club/left a wedge on the green.

4 way stand bag for me. Like to walk so cart bag is out. 14 dividers adds too much weight, never seems to organize the clubs well, the balance is off when carrying, etc. And I rarely carry 14 so end up with extra empty slots. 4 way is perfect for me- woods and putter up top, mid irons in middle, wedges in bottom.
