Thanks for the kind words Q!

Current bag is:
17 TaylorMade M1 9.5* - Fujikura ATMOS Blue 8X
Nike Vapor Fly 3w (set at 14*) - Fujikura Rombax P95x
Nike Vapor Fly Pro 3-4i - Fujikura Pro Tour Spec 95i
Nike Vapor Pro Combo 5-9 - Project X 6.5
Nike Engage 46 - X100
Nike Engage 50 / 55 / 60 - S400
Scotty Cameron SB
TM TP5x (and sparingly using stash of Nike balls)
all in the Navy Nike Sport GV Bag

I finally wore down the set of Engage wedges that I used for all of 2017 (other than the 46*). I put Lamkin UTX mid grips on the backup set yesterday (Square Sole 50 & 55, Dual Sole 60) and put them in the bag. I have one more backup set of Engages after that - I just haven't found anything that I like better that come stock with the heavier swing weight like the Engages.

When I get my putter back from The Putter Spa, I'll work on getting a full WITB photo shoot up.

    Pretty **** good bag there!

Once the weather turns back here, I'm going to do some testing between my trusty ZStar XV and the TP5X. I've heard nothing but good things.

Putting a fresh set of wedges in the bag to start the year off

And my custom Nike Method Matter B2-05 came in today. I'll get some more pics up when I have a chance, but this thing looks even better in person. The finish looks lighter in natural light than inside, and the 'photo blue" accents came out just right. If you look closely, you can see the light milling on the insert in this picture.
Got the urge to tinker with the irons, but instead of a new set I picked up a set of VR Pro Blades in pretty good shape with TI S400 shafts. Plan on giving them the satin treatment when they come in.

That putter is beautiful, also I just picked up a set of VR pros for cheap and looking forward to hitting them but I’m no where near good enough to game them at this point. How are you planning on giving them the satin finish, I’m looking to do the same.

Thanks! There are a couple of threads in the forums about the DIY satin finish and different ways to do it. I've got 5 different grit Scotch-Brite type pads. I'll start with the coarsest and work down to the fine grit one. I'll be sure to post pictures when I get it done.

I got my abrasive pads here. I cut them into smaller pieces so they are easier to use.
I’ve seen some pretty good results with a dremel. From working with other metals, I prefer to work in solid swipes. I think it helps give the finish a more solid flow look. It’s all subjective though. A dremel would be faster, but I already have the necessary supplies to do it by hand so that’s what I’m going with.

Since I put the fresh Engages in the bag, I figured I ought to freshen up the 46* so they can rust together.
Picked up the same pads you ordered in prep for this project, roughly how long did it take you to do a single iron?

I taped up all the faces/ferrules first, but I’d say after that the actual scrubbing took about 10 minutes per head. I cut rectangles out of the pads that were about the size of the head and scrubbed in a solid line with the lines of the club. What color pads did you go with?

I picked up 2 of each color except white and was planning on going coarsest to finest. When you say with the lines do you mean horizontally from heal to toe?

Yeah. Down the hosel and then from heel to toe. I also went heel to toe on the face. It would have been easier to go up and down on the toe side of the face, but I think it looks good staying with the lines. I followed the sole all the way around to the top line all in one line. I did end up doing a scrubbing motion instead of one solid swipe. I had some plans to work around, so I have one more club left to do later today.

Ok thanks for the advice! I will be starting probably tomorrow after work. Which colors pads did you end up using?

I used black, green, maroon, and then a once over with white. White pretty much just cleaned off the dust

I believe I read somewhere that Cleveland's next wedges will include "Moose Knuckle" technology. Should shave a few strokes.
Great bag CV. There is something to be said with a well thought out WITB thread with high quality, high resolution pics. Well done! Ace putter too. Very nice.

Finally got some decent weekend weather after a lot of rain. First round with the satin VR Pros in the bag, and they were buttery soft. Broke out a sleeve of the Custom Nike RZN balls.
I was looking for a set of matching headcovers to match my bag that wouldn't break the bank. I stumbled across Pearson Golf on Instagram and reached out to them. They take custom orders for headcovers, and the pictures they had posted looked great. I ended up going with a grey wool body with navy leather cap, and they turned out awesome. The set was $40+shipping and it was well worth it.
