I searched and could not find a thread that was purely to showcase the great work of Lamont...... and thought that was a shame! so ill start one off by showing my latest pickup....a Mann half stainless, half damascus blade welded together all way around ! with long pipe neck ...also welded ...... this paired with a black Sugar skull cover make a striking piece of functional art!.......

please post your Mann creations.... i would love to see whats out there that i havent seen before !

Had the pleasure of seeing that one in person at Adler's house. Awesome putter!!!

Two customs Lamont built for me:

1. handmade blade ( inspired by JN100 and IMG-5 styles)

satin stainless/67/4/360/34/ iomic classic mid grip

* really solid feel off face

2. Mid-wave

smaller carbon profile head/tombstone flow neck/black ox - mix of matte,gloss,polish/barbed wire mill/66/3.5/364/33/4:15 hang

* little softer feel

Experience with Lamont is second to none. When he gets to the build he gets you totally involved with constant updates. Can really tell he enjoys each creation and customers satisfaction

wowo ! those two are great ! but that Blade is perfect !!!

Love em all so far. I'll post mine when I figure out how to condense my pictures. Lamont is a beauty to work with.

On your SS, I notice two shapes of the neck. Which shape is the final one?

Great looking rock roller, I'm a big fan of the wide body putters too!

A few of mine. First one is a brass MA/66.

Second one is an MA/001, a wider bodied putter done in AZ Fire finish.

Third one is an MA/55, a shorter version of the MA/66. Damascus with a Timascus insert.

Last but not least, one of my favorite flat sticks, a GSS with copper insert MA/66, hand made with weight ports in the sole. ( No it's not for sale and don't want to swap it either! ;))

Rob... thats a great looking SS ..but that 66 is perfect! simple and clean as can be!

and Marco.... sometimes i wonder just how many Beauties you have stashed away !? great looking sticks! That GSS Ma/66 is still king of the hill as far as ive seen !

I'll add my 2 finally. Took me a while after a move to settle things. Here are my two from Lamont. The golden torch was done by Larry (oneaugusta) and looks outstanding.

I was planning on getting Lamont to make me a putter, but after a couple of email exchanges discussing specs he stopped replying. 6 weeks later I've still not had a reply, so he obviously doesn't want my business. Shame.

Those are two fantastic putters! LaMont is one of my favorite putter builders with David Mills as well!

Thanks. I too love them. Lamont is a great guy and a great kraftsmann. I think he's crazy busy these days, which may be leading to some patch communication (to address the post above). I truly don't think he "dosent want your business".

mark... if you have the time to wait i would urge you to give it another shot..... His work is top notch.,,but better yet he is a better guy than his work shows! if thats possible....Thats why he is so busy.... thats all it was hes covered in orders currently .... you have to root your way back into the conversation so to speak and tell him your ready to pull the trigger... he will get to you im sure!

Those are two beauties for sure. As we discussed, I have my first Mannkrafted being built as well. It looks awesome so far but waiting for it to be in hand before posting pics
