all that was PRE kids..... POST kids so far the PGA wives are safe and hes high on life..... why cant we celebrate someone finally growing up? most dont.... when one does its worth celebrating..

as for the marriage thing... ive been married since 21 years old.. im 37 now.... why ? i found the correct girl at age 16.... .. Maybe DJ and paulinas 1st child was unexpected ....maybe he wanted to wait and see how she "grew up" during the becoming a mother process..... I dont blame him for playing that one safe..she strikes me as the typethat could either settle down and be a good mother , a B on wheels who doesnt care... . besides ..no point in marrying quickly to try to cover over that .... as to why they still havent ? i dont know... and i really dont care.

Dang, I'm glad my parents didn't divorce and neither died when I was kid. I would've turned out a failure otherwise!

I guess there is only one thing you can't get forgiveness for around here.

Guy that has a dieing grandmother go make a successful plea for his criminal record to be expunged and gets arrested again a few months later, certainly doesn't qualify as a family guy in any sense of the term most people. We are a society that obviously gives second chances, especially for youthful mistakes, but how many chances are we on now for this guy??? Gun possession for a weapon that was eventually tied to a murder investigation. DUI after grandma gets gun charges expunged from his record. Gets to the Tour and is tied to marriage breakups and then Dean Finchem puts him on double secret probation/suspension for a rumored failed drug test. Applaud the golf accomplishments if you so chose, but keep warm, fuzzy family guy crafted image for a guy with a tad more credible record, or in this case, lack of record, expunged or not.

So a few years back, I'm at the Farmers with my son. He was about 5 years old, IIRC... in between fandom with Tiger and DJ at the time. While we're watching guys warm-up on the range, DJ rolls through with some of his posse, on the way to the range. My son immediately gets on a hype and wants to say hi. I was 50/50 on it, since tour guys can be dramatic when you mess with the mojo before a round. Anyway, we're smacking gums with the guy that was heading the caddy tent, and he tells my son to go say hi. He runs over to DJ and says hi. DJ took the time to talk to him for a few minutes, and then asked me if he could sign my sons hat. My son still talks about it to this day. He loves DJ. So while the above maybe a bit critical, I can tell you he was an absolute professional and role model on how to treat kids that day...
