New Hive Putters

I didn't even bother to hover on the site waiting for the release.

Trying to reduce spending but I am curious how much these went for.

Everything is sold out except the center shaft. Bettinardi is mocking me.

Beautiful stuff but im kinda glad the stuff they are putting out from The Hive doesn't match my wants/needs on a putter. They have put out an FCB and a couple bb34's so far but the site lines in the cavities and the 350 head weights save me money. Lol

Many they look dope, but every Bettinardi putter I see has a flange line, pretty much always. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!

agree... Betti if your reading this.... that raw half moon minus the line and with a long plumbers neck and i would have bought one just now... maybe even 2 a half moon and a queen B 6....... come on!

^^^^This exactly. Long Neck with No Flange Line.....hell I would even settle for just no flange line. I thought the price was decent for a limited release. STOP PUTTING LINES ON EVERYTHING

Those putters today were ridiculous looking - in a good way. Loved them. I didnt buy anything, but wow I loved the way they looked. I would have been in trouble if a center shaft was on the list.

Raw putters today are pretty nice but I just wish they'd do something custom in a Minovai.

I got the news letter today and they are sold out. I am SO glad I received a news letter from the Hive after they all sold! How stupid is this? It just ticks off people who never ever had a chance to buy one. My loyalty to Bettinardi has taken a beating. They're marketing is very poor. It's rather amaturish. I have a SC coming and will now look closer to the other putter manufacturers. I bought my first putter from Michael Crockett, their then vice-president of marketing and sales who went out of his way to find a BB1-H he had stashed and sold it to me. That was in 2000. Seventeen years and a ton of their putters later I am now relegated to being just another potential buyer of they're 'getting to expensive' putters.

I also agree they need to put some plumbers necks on more putters like the BB28, half moon, etc. w/o raising the price to the sky. Just sticking a shaft into a putter head is not my cup 'o tea and I don't need a sold out sales email w/o prices. Doh....

Put the half moon in my cart let it sit there maybe 20 minutes thought about it and decided to pull the trigger. Can't wait to get it early next week hopefully I'll post pictures when it gets here I'm gaming an old protype so it's time for a new excuse for my three putts

Two of mine are naked, no sight dot or line. Bettinardi reached out to me and I will try and not miss the next limited release. It shows they do care.

Sorry but not buying it. Bettinardi has made some amazing putters. I had a bb8 DASS with sight dot and 3 sound slot a few years back and foolishly sold it. My personal opinion is that they have gone way downhill on there offerings over the past few years.

Tend to agree - stopped looking at any releases by them or Scotty Cameron in the last 5 years.

Likewise I'm chasing old school putters to game, looking for a SSS 340/350 Newport is my next adventure, only Bettinardi's I've held on to game are old school BB1 "stubby" plumber necks in DASS.

Just got fit for a custom betti studio stock #28!! Pumped

I've been waiting so long for them to do a plumbers neck half moon mallet, but I couldn't stand the finish or the font.

Kept going back and forth, and ended up just not being able to do it.

I'm a big fan of the hive releases, they have been doing a great job on the creative side out with some unique putters, at the end of the day, there is only so much you can do to a putter, my personal preference is a nice classic blade is DASS

BB1 Armageddon offered today in The Hive is so sweet. Dig the military theme with the patch cover -- not to mention that a portion of sales from each putter goes to Warriors For Freedom. Pure class from Bob and the Bettinardi team as always.

Mine arrived on Wednesday and had sat unused until tonight. Loving this thing putting around at home this evening though... I'll post some pics after being out at the course over the weekend.
