I pretty much buy all my clubs from ksouth or tee2green. Only had one issue, last year, where they sent me the wrong clubs. I bought my LH mp-54s from them, they sent me RH mp-15s. They got right back to me and sent the correct iron set, and emailed me a return label. My irons arrived a few days later in mizuno factory box, brand new along with 1 dozen bridgestone b330.

I will never order from them again, like ever. Shady **** **** to deal with. I won a set of Ping irons with matching serial numbers awhile ago. When I received the irons. None of the serial numbers matched from one another and on top of that. 3 out of the 8 serial numbers didn’t come up at all. I sent messages after messages to them with no response back even till this day.

Didn't you try to start a return ? Or report it to eBay ?

Yes, I’m sorry I left out that part of the details. So after collecting all the information to make a strong case. I was given a full refund back to me by PayPal. But for some reason eBay didn’t approve of my negative review towards them. But at the end of the day I got my money back.

You should find one of their very early auctions and try to bid on it and see if they blocked you. LOL

They often start auctions at a very low price knowing once it gets going it gets bid up, usually pretty quickly. But even if they accepted your bid and you got "stuck", at such a very low price you'd be able to sell it for more.

If you're blocked the bid won't go through. If the bid is accepted they haven't blocked you but at such a low price even if you got "stuck" you'd be able to resell it easily.

Like this one. No way that putter is selling for $25 !!! https://ebay.com/itm/2019-Taylormade-Spider-X-Copper-Single-Bend-34-Putter-34-inches-long-SpiderX/333276064933

These guys are kinda shady! They for sure have someone bid on their products to drive up the price!

They combined shipping for me on a crossover and fairway wood. When the box showed up yesterday only the crossover was in it. They are being very shady about replying to me so I started a case with ebay. They responded to ebay and myself showing the tracking number (same for both clubs) says delivered. I responded by explaining that delivered does not mean everything was inside the box. I have made several purchases through them and this is the first issue. We will see

You'll win your case but they'll ban you from bidding on their other items.

That's what they did to me. I asked them a question about the shaft on the driver I wanted to buy. They assured me it was a "60 grams" calss shaft and when I got it it was 50 grams. They also advertised a wrench was included and there was no wrench.

They took it back and banned me from bidding on their items.

Thats a pretty stupid way to do business especially considering the number of clubs they sell there is bound to be some mistakes in listings or shipping. Its all in how they handle it and banning you or others from bidding on their items is about the most ignorant way I’ve ever heard of. I could totally understand doing that if they have people that are constantly complaining or opening false cases but they need to understand that they will have some mistakes made and just make it right.

You should be able to see by the weight entered by the shipper (FedEx, UPS, USPS) whether the box contained 1 club or two.

They do so much business on eBay I guess they figure one more or one less customer won't make any difference. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The really curious thing about it though is I didn't return for no good reason and I even asked them about the shaft before I bought it and they confirmed it incorrectly.

And you only find out they "banned" you when you try to bid on something else of theirs. LOL

Personally, I won't be buying from quickshipgolf again. My experience is neutral siding more on the negative side.

Recently bought a 3w. Photos were "nicely taken" like this showing no damage. Appeared to be like-new condition from their photos.

I wouldn't trust their photos too much. There were several different areas on the clubhead where there is damage like this hidden with good photos

The shaft came in pretty rough shape plastered all over with stickers and half-torn stickers.

I'm not too bothered about a few scrapes dings and stickers but what I am bothered about is their shipping and business practices. Not a single article of protective packaging material. It was literally a 3 wood stuffed into a free, flimsy USPS Priority mailing tube (the triangular ones) with a single piece of tape on each end. Not a care in the world about how they package.

That is a no thank you from me.

quickshipgolf I'm sure is a great seller as they have 99% positive feedback with over 130k reviews. But from what I've seen, it seems like if you order from them and happen to fall into the 1% of unhappy customers, they'll basically tell you "too bad" and ban you from bidding on any of their items in the future.

Hope this helps for those looking to order from quickshipgolf

You're too picky buying used clubs. Do you look at the bottom of the club when you hit it? A loose single club in a box isn't going to get damaged unless it is crushed. I just searched sold listings for the same M5 fairway wood and you'll see the majority of them sold by quickshipgolf and ksouth9 for ~$150 with clear photos.

I don't get why you are saying I'm picky. I'm not complaining about the price. I didn't complain to the seller.

My post was just showing don't trust the photos too much and they have extremely poor packaging and cs for others who have never bought from them before....sorry if you misunderstood my post to be a whiny complaint but that was not the intent at all.

Yep, I bought one of those M5 3woods. It was basically mint/new, came with the OEM head cover to protect it, not sure what else protection a club really needs if the head is protected. My 5w should arrive today.

this one didn't come with a headcover. Listing clearly said no headcover which I'm fine with because I have my own but I expected at least some bubble wrap or even those globalgolf sock/sleeve things and some packaging paper to prevent it from moving back and forth in the box.

Yeah that is a bummer. I just put them in the same category as RBG. Yes they have some questionable practices, but if you play it right you can get a killer deal. They offer returns if you dont like it, so send it back if you aren't satisfied.

As someone who sells on eBay, not putting anything in the box with the club isn't a good idea. Carriers are pretty rough with the boxes. I personally use newspaper (free). It usually keeps the box pretty firm but I have had a few clubs break. I have had a few returns where the buyer didn't put any packaging material in with the club. The box literally comes back flat as a pancake. I expect the majority of the time the club will be fine, but something else inside the box helps firm it up. The club rattling around in the box isn't really going to do anything, it's other boxes potentially being stacked on top of a club box that is concerning.

I agree, I'm a club ho myself so sell quite a few clubs. At the same time, I've never had a club arrive damaged when there wasnt any other packing material in the box (sans the head).

With that being said, my 5W arrived last week. Also unhit, with factory cover, few small paint scratches on the back/side not visible at all from address.

They finally acknowledged that they forgot to include my second club and promptly sent it to me! Communication is severely lacking but they made it right after I opened the case with ebay.

You might have gotten hosed ?

You really thought a golf(?) bag weighed only 1 pound ?

Well there was no weight for the golf bag on their listing. I checked the shipment details on my tracking number and it says 1 lb. had that been on the details of the listing I would’ve stayed away from it

All the auctions having "Shipping Details" IN THE AD. What did it say there ?

Free ? If not there's usually a shipping charge listed. If it said anything under $10 you should have questioned it before you even bid on it.

Unless it had the wrong amount on the ad you're going to have to live with it - or return it and pay the return shipping and quickship will most likely then block you from ever bidding on another of their items.

Many times when labels are created and shipping information is sent from the merchant to the carrier it's generic information until the carrier actually gets the package and scans it into their tracking system and then the actual weight will update.

That’s what I am hoping for. It’s left their facility in Tuscaloosa. So hoping ups updates it. Really don’t wanna bash anyone since this is my first time buying from them. Just hope it’s legit and get what I paid for

The ad SAID shipping was $25.99 ? Or that's what you ended up paying ?

If the former then you're not complaining about the shipping PRICE, you're complaining the shipping WEIGHT which was described as 1 lb. but was actually 6.5 lbs.

    That about right ?

And FWIW they have done almost 150,000 sales on eBay. If they sold phony stuff or had a large (relatively speaking of course) complaints about egregiously misdescribed stuff they wouldn't be on eBay.

FWIW2, I returned a driver that wasn't described accurately and was promptly refunded,,,,,,,,, and, as it turned out BLOCKED from bidding/buying anything else from them. LOL

Was looking at getting one of their older "Tour Issue" TMAG fairway heads. In comparison to Niblick and other sellers who sell those club they don't actually list any of the specs of the club so you have no idea about face angle, true loft, lie, etc. I've sent them 3-4 messages over the last week on various products and they haven't responded once. It's a little bit of a crapshoot ordering those clubs from them.
