I like the Epic and Epic SZ but this is one odd looking club, to each their own I guess.

How do you forge carbon fiber?? This has to be an odd marketing stunt, and where are the Callaway markings?

 

they used it in the old octane drivers and lambo uses it in some of their cars. Basically pressure molding the material in hard to shape pieces.

 

I would love it they used it for the crown of this driver as I'm not a fan of the tri-axl carbon they are using now form an aesthetic point of view.

Have you ever seen 4x4 twill? Koenigsegg uses it. It's awesome.

 

I'm wondering what kind of resin to weight ratio they're getting by pressing vs infusion or prepreg....

It's still not out yet actually. I think it LOOKS a whole lot better than the regular one, and it seems it will have a forged ti cup face, maybe even DAT55 or SP700 ti. Which sounds pretty exciting to me. I couldn't care less if there are many responses or not. Why would anybody let that decide if something is interesting or not? Odd.
