There is bad weather slated for Thursday, they could be trying to get everyone out.

I'm not sure about that. Did you see Glen Abbey last week?

Say what you might about the south course at Firestone, but it has a rich history of producing great champions. Rarely do nobodies win there.

Spieth, McIlroy and Day grouped together the first two rounds. That should be fun.

Love going to this tournament. You can park within a five minute walk of the first tee.

In the afternoon, but with the small field there is only one set of tee times each day - 7:30 am - 9:30 am off 1 and 10 tees.

They Moved the tee times up to avoid the bad weather. Being a limited field, they will be done on thursday and Friday before the afternoon

And the fact that a wgc event will be tape delayed coverage proves that golf channel is a joke. Move up tv coverage. Show live golf, not that hard.

I like Firestone. It is one of the few of that era I do like. Then again, I really like the back 9 at Glen Abbey too.

I think Spieth will carry the momentum in and take the win.

Prediction: Spieth wins when he gets it up and down from the clubhouse roof for par at the last.

Great ball strikers tend to do well at Firestone. Jack, Greg Norman and Tiger had wonderful records here.

I like solid strikers who have also been in form lately, so you have to think Jordan, DJ, Rahmbo and Hideki are good picks, with perhaps Sergio, Justin Rose and Rickie Fowler worth a few bucks.

I think he has.

Henrik has slowly returned to form, did do good things at Royal Birkdale. And has won at Firestone before, might be a force.

But I would be more happy if Alex did present himself to the American golf scene. He has not been able to produce results over there yet, but why not now? Did well at The Open, have been consistent in Europe. Why not now?
