Just read that Willett has moved to Foley's stable.

Is Foley the real deal or a one trick poney.

I am curious because an upcoming talented amateur is now working with him.

I don't understand the hoopla about Foley......smh.

Is it the glasses or the haircut....jokes!!

It seems to me (for what it is worth) that starting with Foley is a more successful strategy than going to Foley.

I like what foley teaches, I also don't like Willet's current handsy swing with the fanning clubface on the backswing. Could be good.

Willett can't get much worse, so it might work out.

After he won the Masters he was on a roll. Then he tried to change his posture, remember the weird preshot routine he was in. Ever since then he has gone downhill quickly. It will be interesting if this helps him.

There's only so many instructors who travel on tour with these guys, that's who a lot of the players end up going to and foley is one of those people.

I wish him well... On the other hand maybe he's decided one major is enough. He seems different after winning the Masters, like he has something to prove. Another set of eyes and different wording may get him back on track.

His core academy is based minutes from my house. He's ruined a lot of juniors and mini tour guys. He messes up as many people as he helps. The whole enlightened, spiritual thing he does annoys a lot of people here too. Only because he constantly needs everyone to know how he's walking on water all the time.

As for Pete cowen, I didn't know he was his full time coach. Still stand by him, shouldn't have left him. He's money.

I know foley is a world class coach and many would run to get his input. But he's got a lot of flaws as a coach and as mind f*****d a lot of guys at the grass root level

I hope it works out for both of them. I like Foley and would be nice for him to have something good happen to improve his reputation in the golf world. Big risk for Foley though if Willets back issues and lack of form continue we all know who will be getting the stick.

I remember reading there's a reason as to why he has to swing that way in his backswing due to a body limitation of some sorts

his arms are so infront of him at the top of the backswing, love his right elbow position

No.. he's a thief who just rebrands everyone else's ideas as his own. I noticed some of his players are starting to practice GG's pivot on the range.

I predict Willett will be retired from golf with a permanent back injury within three years.

So Willett wins (given) the Masters, then decides to change his swing! result... a mess.

I hate his moveaway/takeaway but it obviously worked for him.

I'd have more empathy if he didnt have such a poor attitude and blame culture personality.

So now he will have a bad back to go with his bad golf game.
