Anyone use them and, if so, what brand? Any features that you specifically look for? I'm due for a new one and was checking out the ones from Jones.

I have four of them that I got free from charity golf scrambles. The best one I have is made by FJ. I mean its a golf shoe bag. If it has a handle and zips your are good.

Didn't you make fun of me for not having a brand name one? :taunt:

I have a FJ one and a Datrek one. Honestly, no noticeable difference in functionality, just that the FJ one is obviously much nicer quality product.

When I travel with my clubs, I have to be careful not to exceed the 50# airline limit so these days I usually just use the FootJoy individual cloth bags that my shoes came in. 1/2# here and 1/2# there and I don't pay the excess baggage charge.

I got a Jones one monogrammed and love it. Not much to it, it’s a shoe bag, but the Jones one is pretty classy.

ETA: I like the second zip on the Jones bag— it’s a small compartment that has enough room for tees, a cleat wrench, a sleeve of balls, etc.

Couldn't agree more. I have Jones as well. In addition to great second pocket, it just plain looks good. Give it a try!

Ordered the Jones classic shoe bag today in white/navy. The second pocket is really a nice feature, especially since I like to leave a pair of shoes in the each car for range sessions. I can keep things a little better organized.

My only real requirement for a shoe bag is a mesh top that lets it breathe. I use shoe trees in all of my boots so those and the mesh tops on the bag makes sure the shoes get dried out thoroughly.

I have quite a few. A mix of Datrek, to Nike, to TM. My favorite ones are Nike with a partial mesh top. They’re all charity outing swag though.

I have a ~$20 FJ bag I really like. I wanted a full zip top (opens all the way for easy cleaning) and mesh for ventilation bigger than the metal disks on bags like Jones. I wanted to make sure even if I forgot to take my shoes out there would be plenty of ventilation to dry.

Also this bag has a nice top handle that makes it easy to hang and a second pocket I use surprisingly often.

I have 5-6 shoe bags because I hate leaving my shoes out. Sometimes, I'll just throw a pair a backpack. The majority of mine are Nikes. I have one that I got off Ebay for like $10. I saw the Crab and Cleek shoe bag made out of pin flags that I've been thinking about getting.

Blasphemous. This is golf we're talking about here, where we take every little aspect of the game and find a way to make it more personal, detailed, upscale and expensive than common sense would dictate otherwise.

How much you want for that grocery bag??

I live in California, brah. I'm hoarding these grocery bags because plastic is going going gone. Crazy times we live in.

I seriously don't get these bags though. I understand that every fine thing in life needs some sort of protection or case (clubs, phones, cars, guns, suits, etc. etc.) but, this one puzzles me. I put my shoes in my golf bag because i have the space but remove them too.
