I've only tried the T70 in a GBB 415 tour head, as well as in a ss-03 14*. It is a very solid shaft in both applications, however I think the driver was tipped a little too much so some of the kick was gone. The FW was tipped around 1/2 and was perfect. I know I'm definitely thinking about giving it another go in my current driver. Does not have a large kick to it ala ZCOMs, but smooth.

Both have an active tip but stiffen pretty quick. I normally short bore them into 905's....but that's just me. I think full boring will neutralize all the great feel inherent in these shafts. To keep the flight down, I've tipped up a softer flex in both the T70 and SC65 and they work beautifully. There's a pretty fine line between tightening up the shaft and making it dead and unresponsive though.

The SC75 is much tighter with a stiffer butt and midsection...it definitely likes a harder swing than the T70. If you are smooth, the T70 is excellent. The SC65 has alittle more flex feel than either but maintains a very low torque.....first 65g shaft I've liked in years. Used it mainly for the softer feel but also to offset some of the 30g of Balance Certified in the butt.

I think you'd like the SC more. That being said, the SE80* is coming out...it is designed for bore throughs and/or higher flight. The price is also lower than the standard SE. The Mastah J can tell you all about it.

I played both last year in a variety of clubs. The SC75 is well balanced and feels softer than it plays (IMO). I played the M4, M4 tipped 1", and the M5. The M4 in a Niclaus ML440 was extremely accurate, but I felt it was a little spinny. The M5 felt good, but ball flight told me it was a little too much shaft for me. The M4 tipped 1" worked out great in a Nike Ignite 410 Tour.

The T70 has a much softer tip. I only hit it in a driver as a demo, so I don't have a lot of experience with it. I felt the M4 untipped was too soft, so I didn't do much with it. I did play it in my SQ 15* 3 wood. It was tipped 1 1/2", and I liked it quite a bit. At 71 grams, it was a little light, but the ball flight was good.

My specs are: 0 handicap; 105 ss; mid-high launch; low spin. If you have higher club speed or spin the ball more than I, I would stay away from the T70. I think the Diamana spins the ball less (when tipped properly), but I didn't like the shaft's feel as well as the Accra.

if you need low spin and no help getting the ball up then the sc75 is definitely the better choice of the two. i have had both but in different heads. i actually do need a little help bringing the ball up and i still though the t70 hit it a little high not ballooning but a little higher then i expected. the sc75 is a very tight shaft with great feel. if you are on a tight budget look at the proforce v2 75. i have had that shaft the same head as the sc75, a ft-3, i would not be able to tell the difference in a blind test.

fyi, i played all of these shafts in stiff untipped. my ss is 105 with a smooth tempo.
