34 inches is perfect. The difference between 35 and 34 is NIGHT and DAY to be! When I putt with someone elses' putter that is 35", it just feels soooooo long.

Lie angle is a bit upright from standard. I keep my hands relatively close to my body.

std. lie, whatever that is for a Circa '62 No. 2

I play a 34in putter I think its perfect, but I was watching Roger Maltby on youtube describe the perfect putter length and according to him, I should be playing like a 30 in putter and a bunch of us are playing the wrong length putter. But after debating who was right for a little while, I thought Tiger plays a 35in putter and his short game is crazy so I said forget I'm sticking to what I am comfortable with. I think 33 inches to to short I feel to bent over so at 30 inches I feel like I'm going to fall over.

    putter: 32"

I'm just too short for the std length putters - I can putt pretty well with longer putters, but the shorter length gives me a better roll. Best thing I've done for my game in the last 3 months was to get fitted for length/lie.

    Avg putts/round: 34

Handicap: 28 (it's my fairway play that kills my scores)

wow... I can't believe there's people here who r close to 6' tall and r using putters that are 33" or less... that gotta be one very "crouch"/bent set-up position...

    Current: 6'0" --- 33" --- 71*

Originally started playing a 35" years ago with straight arms, then started using bent elbows...moved to a 34" and realized I was choking down on it. Working with the 33" fairly well now.

My eyes are definitely outside of straight above the club by a couple inches though. Think I line it up right above, and then get in position and stroke it straight through pendulum style. Weird, but it works...

Anyone else do something like this? (sorry to change the subject...completely ignore that comment if you'd like)

i've got long arms for being average height, and i putt much better when my arms aren't bunched up. hence, the short putter. just got done taking 25 putts for my round, so i guess it's not too bad. image/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':friends:' />

my last 2 putters were 35" PINGs though the JAS had a different measuring point for some reason.
