The Offical Urethane Ball discount thread!

So with so many deals to be had, I don't recall a single stand alone thread for quality urethane balls on sale. I'll kick things off so here we go!!

Tonight Dicks has Wilson Duo U for $25 with free shipping, also if you got the $10 cash card in the mail that's $15 + tax delivered !

Also GolfGalaxy still has Callaway SR3 for $21 a dozen and free shipping.

Of course there are deals to be had on ebay for multiple dozens, Ksigs when they are available, etc etc. But the idea here is to share deals that are not auction based. I picked up a box of Duo U tonight just because I thought, why not?

Not sure if still happening but a few days back one sponsored Ebay seller had great deal, on 2016 Bridgestone B330 models - $22 per dozen plus free shipping. Also snagged some of the new X and XS models for low $30s plus free shipping.

Yeah, if it's actually the UFli Soft I'm about to load up. I think it may actually be the SoftFli (non urethane). They are currently 3 for $30. I'd love to be wrong though

Bridgestone B330 / B330s are all over ebay from $21-28 per dozen.

UFli Soft is not the same ball as the SoftFli, nor is the UFli Speed the same as the SpeedFli. LOL

If you could share a link to the UFli series being 2 for 30 that would be fantastic or if it is in store only please confirm!

I still am waiting to find a better deal than RZN Platinum Practice balls for 7.99 a dozen. I have a feeling I'll be waiting for a long time. They're still only 14.99 but somehow that just doesn't feel right anymore.

I've bought several dozen CSx Truvis for 31.99 from Dicks recently and have also ordered personalized TP5x and ProV1x personalized for 39.99 a dozen, free shipping and no tax. I'd call that pretty good. Throw in a few dozen Gamer Tours for 15.00 a dozen and I have a decent sized cupboard full.

If the RZN's ever go to 7.99 a dozen again I'll have a decent sized warehouse full though.... That's a crazy good price. The cheap crap balls I buy my kids are the same price. To buy tour balls for that price is pretty insane. Even if they have practice stamped on them.

Those are the only urethane ball I've ever played that I thought were sh*t. Horrable feel (my opinion)

i haven’t played them personally but have seen the 2017 version (green numbers) at my local Walmart and they feel much softer and no more “click”.

 

If I didn’t have a ton of stock I would try them out for sure

I will say that my experience relates to a ball found on the course a couple of years back. If the ball has changed, my comments are invalid.

I have been finding Taylormade Tour Preferred and the X version for $22/dozen. This is the best performance to price ball that I have found. I love the new ProV1, but the TP is very comparable at less than half the price.

I was able to stock up on these at the Taylormade Outlet in Destin, FL on Black Friday. They were running "buy one get one 1/2 price" which worked out to $33 for 2 dozen. This is still the best deal that I have ever found.

GG has Taylormade Project A 2 for $50. Not a rock bottom deal but a good price from a retail perspective. Coupons may or may not apply, not sure .

The only potential “flaw” in these is they are probably at least 4-5 years old by now.

I would add unless you are a plus handicap , i would not worry about a 4-5 year old ball. I picked up some old Maxfli Revolutions at a garage sale once that were at least 7 years old and performed quite well.

Unless they were exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat I wouldn’t flinch, especially at just over $1 a ball.

Yeah i would not likely notice. Penta TP5 at simiar prices also on ebay for the practice version..

Scored some TM 'project A' on clearance at Target $10.50 per box. They also had Nike PD Long for $10 box. Another store did not have the clearance price, so apparently not universal.
