Golf Ball Advice

I would like to ask our family here some advice as to what ball would be worth a good try for me. I currently play the ProV1X. It is very long and spins a ton of my irons but that is part of my problem. I have a very high swing speed (125-130) with a driver, and I love how the ball goes, but if I hit one crisp iron shot the ball is done for. I go through about 5-6 balls a round just from cutting them up, and I can often get it to bacl up a couple feet even off a 5-iron. If its a wedge i need to shoot for 10-15 ft behind a pin, so I am just wondering what ball some of you would suggest trying. Here are the driver stats from the prov1x as an average taken from a couple weeks ago:

Launch 11.5

Club head speed 127.8

Ball Velocity 190's

ball spin 2400 on a good one 3000 on a miss.

Overall i need a ball that will let me keep the driver distance but won't get destroyed every time I hit a second shot. Thanks in advance,

IMO. feel is very much like a ProV, less spin, MUCH more durable.

I was given a dozen of these and after I finally opened them and played a couple of rounds with them I am very impressed with the ball. Kills me to say that....

It's funny how different each one of us perceives things.....

I have been playing the Pro V1x for a couple years, like the poster, I love everything about it EXCEPT for the heavy spin I get on my short irons.

This year I started looking for a "tour" ball that had similar driver and long iron performance to the Pro V1x but with less short iron spin and good feel.

Started with the Callaway Tour ix, I used to be a big fan of the Hex Tour so it seemed like a natural fit. Well I was wrong, I hated it! Felt hard, heavy and just didn't react, sound or putt like what I was looking for.

Next on the list was the new TaylorMade TP Red w/ LDP.... STOP HERE! This ball is sweet IMHO! Soft off my irons and putter, long off the driver, just enough spin to execute low spinning pitches, but MINUS the crazy spin off of full short iron shots! If it sounds to good to be true the only thing I can say is "I thought the same thing." But after several rounds I am sold, TP RED w/ LDP for me please!

They don't chew up, easily last 9 holes, they go far but offer feel and spin. They also have layer to kill the spin for fast hitters.
