There is a seller on Ebay selling something similar for making the Truvis pattern for $6 shipped.

I bought the same one and received it in the mail today. Overall I’m really happy, I enjoy the truvis pattern but being able to add it to a titleist or taylormade ball is great. Finding the right marker is key from my initial run through but overall super happy and well worth the money.

I got mine yesterday and did a dozen today, used a few different colors. Regardless of what marker is used, it will run/smear from use. It is neat being able to add the pattern to any ball. The stencil is really well made. It really does create sharp lines.

Is the stencil two parts? I am curious how you keep the pattern even when switching to the second side.

I use a laundry pen. It works better on urethane balls and you have to give it 10mins to dry.

The stencil is in two parts, I had next to zero run on the ones I did once I got the right amount of pressure down. At first I was pressing a bit too hard and causing the color to run under. Once I reduced pressure on the marker I had zero issues. The biggest thing I learned is don’t switch colors without wiping down the stencil. Had some darker colors transfer onto lighter color tips. Other than the learning curve of two balls the rest came out great.

yes, it is a 2 piece stencil. you put the ball in and slide the 2 sides together. Very secure. actually a very nice "tool" for $10

Price increase on January 2nd to $14.95. Not worth it to me. I've played some Truvis balls and find them harder to find at times.

Comes out pretty good. Not sure if I will do it though. I have enough trouble with the dots and lines already.

I know the color will end up smudging and getting crappy with the Sharpie method, but it's still a neat pattern to be able to do on all of your preferred golf balls.

I’m hoping to be able to get some simulator time this week and do a bit of a durability test between that and the regular one just to see how both hold up. I do know even the actual truvis wears if you keep from losing it long enough. Hahahaha

Those look great. I'm just concerned about durability of the any marker. Seems like after 6 holes you'd have a ball that looked like crap.
