Most comfortable golf shoes?

Middler

Recommended Posts

With so many online reviews, I’m surprised if haven’t found anything that compares walking comfort for SPIKED golf shoes. Of course all the manufacturers say ‘these are the most comfortable shoes we’ve ever made.’ I want to walk as much as possible next season instead of riding on a cart, but I’m not one of those (lucky) people who’s comfortable in any/every shoe. May not be representative, but I have some Ecco street shoes and they’re not comfortable when worn all day. I am leaning toward Adidas and Skechers, but if there’s any objective info on golf shoe comfort, I’d be most interested.

I went from Ecco Biom Hybrid 2 to Skechers v3 Lux - I find the Skechers to offer more comfort and excellent grip even spikeless.

The new True Linkswear lines are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in awhile. DM me with any questions on sizing or how each line feels / wears.

I know it may work against comfort, but I'm only looking at soft spike shoes, not spikeless.

I own the cool golf GTX as well, both are on par with the sketchers. IMO for walking you cant go wrong with any of these shoes.

Made my first purchase of 2 pairs of Sketchers based on the comments of many WRX'ers. Pair 1 came yesterday and I tried them on. I ordered my regular size but these seems a bit tight at the toe, as in they were too small. Is this normal?

I foresee you in commercial with Kuch sometime soon DP! Kuchar will say “ I’m feeling another 18 DP”, and DP will say “my feet feel another 18 Kuch , but I’m all out of Ksigs”!

I bought these Footjoy BOA's at Golf Galaxy recently and they are by far and away the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn -- golf or not. I walked 18 holes the day I got them and no blisters or sore feet or anything. Don't even need to break them in. Soft spikes. I was a little skeptical of the whole no laces thing but it's wonderful. Highly recommend.

Maybe Kuch and I can go dancing, too. Two bald guys both pretending like they have hair. Celebrate good times come on...it's a celebration.

And when it comes to hair (and lack there of) you guys look like Fabio compared to me! I don’t need shampoo, just use the bowling ball polisher!

My normal size fit me perfectly. What model did you buy? the ace and the focus model appear to have tighter toe boxes. I have the elite v2, elite v3 and pro v2 and all are my true size.

Both pairs are the Go Golf Blade Golf Shoe.

Maybe I need the Go Golf Game Improvement Golf Shoe.

The most comfortable golf shoe is what fits your foot and body correctly.

Sketchers may be comfortable or not, no idea but funny story. A friend left Nike as a shoe designer to go work for Sketchers. This was around when the Shape-Up shoes came. He got so mad because they had no proof that they did anything or shaped or toned anything but they didn’t care. They said we’ll wait for someone to sue us and then we’ll move on with our marketing.
