Anyone still gaming these? I picked up a 5w from my local GG today for next to nothing. It felt great and was both long/consistent according to their trackman. Can’t wait to compare it to my XR16 5w at the range...

My 4 wood still makes the bag from time to time depending on course and conditions. I don’t play it often, but such a great club when I do.

Anyone else? I took the 5w to the range yesterday and it was incredible. So good, that it replaced the XR16 Pro w/HZRDUS hand crafted shaft in my bag. Long, accurate and surprisingly forgiving.

Disclaimer, I am all Ping, but I was Callaway prior to (still at heart, for now), I have the driver and 4w, they are amazing!!!!!!, I was part of the gear trials and my RFX driver was the best overall performer of the day for me, that said, it wasn't the longest or the lowest spinning but overall it held its own...

The RFX fairways are still very relevant. I have a 3 and 5 wood that I just can't let go.

Forgot to mention the FEEL and SOUND of these fairways are incredible. Better than any TEE, TM, Ping, Titleist or Callaway fairway that I've tried/owned.

They do feel and sound great. I like the slight metallic ting sound I get from mine compared to the thud sound of modern fairways. I like a fairway metal that sounds like......metal.

I got a 3w about 4 years back & paired it with a Kai’li 70x, what a combination that was until my bag walked off the 19th green, never to be seen again.

Got a few other 3w’s but just did not feel as good as my RFX.

Found a like new on CPO & faired it with a Fubuki a 70x, till today, it’s the best fairway I’ve ever played.

Recently got a 816 DBD with a Kiyoshi Gold 75x & it has come a close, very close 2nd.

RFX is still in the bag.
