Has anyone tried this shaft in their driver? its suppose to lower spin and ball flight, just wondering if this is true

I have this in my driver and 3 wood. Love it. Switched over from HZRDUS Black in both because I felt like I was overswinging to get them to load. Also tried out evenflow blue 6.0 but that was ballooning on me a bit. This seems to be the perfect shaft for me. Long, low bombs all day.

did you find the blue in 3wood was easier to launch？

Tried this shaft in a ping g410. Was the 75gr 6.0 I much preferred the evenflow white 65 6.0 in the ts3 I tried. But yes. Supposed to below spin and launch. But those are more affected by attack angle and where you strike it in the face.

I just got my Ping G410 with Evenflow Black 75 6.0 in yesterday. I took it to the range to hit a few and the trajectory change is noticeable immediately. I get a much lower, piercing ball flight, which is what I was looking for. My bigger concern was about the flex... my driver swing speed is in the 110-115 mph range and I still thought the 6.5 would be overkill, since it's already a firm/heavy/low spin shaft to begin with. Hoping the 6.0 pans out but looks good so far!

I tried the 6.0 Black when I got fitted for a driver a month or so ago. Didn't like the feel at all. Hard to launch as well. Ended up with a 6.0 Blue in an M5. I do however have a 6.0 Black in my G410 hybrid and absolutely love it. I also expect to be ordering a 6.0 Black for my G410 3w...tried that shaft today to replace the factory red and it was an absolute dart. Very low spin (back and side) which helps control my overdraw. Launch is very predictable with any Even Flow for my swing.

Strike above all else. A shaft can bring about any number of results depending on the player. Just because an OEM says a shaft will launch and spin low, does not mean it will produce those results for you.

i was fitted for the Black 6.0 from the Tensei CK Orange because my spin was too high as was my launch. I am also playing Blues in my hybrids. It didn’t really like Blue in the driver.

Great feeling shaft! Works as advertised. Lower spin and flight.

However, due to a bit of a swing adjustment, I wound up keeping the Tensei in my driver as I was able to bring my numbers into the correct range.
