Here is my current game bag. It has 15 clubs listed, but I'll drop out the 3H or the 4i to get down to limit. Lots of Callaway, but I have also played Tour Edge in the past, and Cleveland CG14 wedges.

Driver: XR16 Pro, 10.5° (set 1° open) / Fuji Evolution II TS Speeder 665 R-flex 63 gr.

FWs: 815 Alpha 14° (set 16°) and 18° (set 20°) / Fuji Motore 665 Speeder R.Flex 62 gr.

Hybrid: Cobra FlyZ 3H (19°)* and 4H (22°) / Matrix VLCT Altus Lite 73 gr.

Irons: Calla X20 Tour 4i-9i / NS Pro 8950GH R.Flex 97 gr.

Wedges: Calla MD3: 48°/8 Mid, 54°/12 Wide, MD.PM 60°/10 / KBS Tour R-flex 110 gr.

Putter: Slotline Inertia SL583F / 34” shaft / SuperStroke MidSlim 2.0 grip with 50 gr. butt weight

Ping B60 and Pal putters set at the ready if the Slotline starts to malfunction.

* 3H normally omitted from bag.

I also have a second bag of TaylorMade gear (not shown), based around SLDR irons with a Burner driver, an R5 3W, and Rescue 3H and 4H.

Still undecided on whether to go with 2 FWs and 1 hybrid, or a 4W and 2 hybrids.

Do you prefer fairway woods or do you prefer hybrids? I would personally chose the club that I have the most confidence with? Nice bag!!!

Sorry for delay. I forgot I had posted this.
As far as fairway wood vs. hybrids, I'm neutral. if I'm swinging OK, either will work. My preference for warm weather is 4W + 7W, and 4H. The distance overlap comes at 3H and 7W.
7W preferable in summer: blasts ball out of medium rough, good for longish par 3 holes, and tee shots on certain tight holes, and certainly out of fairway. The 3H normally goes into bag from November through March (though I don't play much then). That's when the winds are stronger and the rough is thinner. Lower launching 3H works better in cool weather. (Note: I struggle to hit 3H out of summer rough.)
Current bag pix are incomplete. I now have a different set of irons (see sig line). But I retired in May, and have been doing transition clean-up and recycling since then. Strange days: less golf rather than more!
