Has anyone had any experience with this brand? The putter looks sick but holy toledo, $800? :swoon:

They’re a no name new brand that’s been doing a lot of Instagram and other social media spots.

They’re whole marketing idea seems to be “make it incredibly expensive and maybe people will just assume it’s good”.

Junk. I Wouldn’t pay $20 bucks for it. I personally think the name and “attitude” of the brand is tacky and obnoxious, but hey....I never really thought Parsons little experiment would take off either.

What a load of tosh. A nobody buys a CNC machine and starts a company that mimicks PXG and calling "Royalty" like it will appeal to people who want to be apart of a luxury brand. Yeah right good luck with those $799 putters.

Royality golf is a company started by Bobby Bradley. Bobby is a former MLB pitcher who transitioned to Long Drive contests after injuries forced him to leave MLB. Bobby also ran and operated a Charity Events company where he would work with other businesses to coordinate give aways of gear / swag / stuff. He decided he would introduce gear of his own since he was in the business of golf.

I met Bobby a few weeks back randomly in Dallas and chatted him up for awhile. Super nice guy. I got to roll his putter a bit at the shop. Felt ok, looked good at address. Nice weight and swing and knocked down a few from 12ft. Wasn't really my style and I told him why (i'm more of a traditionalist, clean and simple). He told me that they're coming out with a stainless finish along with their already released black finish.

Bobby has a team of guys making his stuff, he admits they're smarter than he is when it comes to making golf gear. He's also making wedges too.

Again, he's a super nice guy and does a ton of charity work. Is his gear for everyone? Nope and he knows it but he hopes some dig it.

Bought a new Str8 Flush Diamond DBM Carbon with insert off eBay for $250. I mean... why not? Just on the assumption that these guys aren't total schmoes, the head has got to be (hoping) quality equipment. And it is. It's a really well thought out answer style head with a nice flat black finish that rolls the ball really nicely. The aesthetics? I see them more cartoonishly that seriously - comic relief for when it's not behaving. They're actually not that bad (but the sole is a bit over the top). Kudos to the crown logo, which is stylistically pretty cool. I took out the OEM shaft and OEM grip "ROYALTY (w/ Stars)" all over grip (seriously?), and reshafted/gripped my own preference with a bit of tungsten down the shaft. Rolls the ball as well as anything and the aluminum insert feels quite nice, with a nice muted "twock" sound. Is it worth $749 retail? Not to me. But for $300 with my upgrades it's an excellent slightly heavier back-up putter to keep in the reserve bag for when my gamer goes flat (it happens).

There seems to be a lot of new companies with little or no new value proposition charging 800 plus or more for their putters. Some of the first gen makers have also raised their prices by as much as double for the same thing. That's sad for the collector.

I have a set of their wedges and they are awesome. Beyond the company name and everything else, Bobby is an awesome dude who devotes his time to a lot of charity work and his business. The person behind the logo is a humble and genuine person. I would rather buy from him than give my money to brands who don’t give 2 cents about you. If you guys knew him, you would buy his stuff too.
