    Steep is cheap, shallow is hallow.

    feeling like throwing away the wrist angle (i.e into ulnar deviation) from the top of the backswing works wonders for me, after a long time mistakenly trying to 'hold the lag'.

    Key for me was to learn to flatten the left wrist so I'm not steep, and allowing the clubhead to release through the ball .

    If i think of anything in my lower body leading I'm toast.
