Swing Caddie SC100 and SC200 Max Ball Speed

First, I can't seem to find any contact information for the company that makes these, so if anyone has that and could pass that along to me, I would appreciate it.

My question is, does anyone know if these units have a maximum ball speed it will show? I have the original SC100 unit and no matter what I do at the range, I can't break 175 ball speed. I know I have been over 180 ball speed with the same range balls on Trackman. I cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing differently. I am hitting the center, my driver isn't cracked or flattened, shaft isn't compromised and I am not injured. It is very possible my swing has faltered some, but it is really odd I can peg 175 every single time and that is it. I would expect at least a 176 here and there but nope. It just seems weird and until I can get back on Trackman, I figured I would pick fellow grip it and rip it follks' brains.

I know the SC200 can break 175, I have seen 177, before, and I don't think there should be a speed limit on the SC100, but perhaps there is. Just very strange, I have never hit a ball speed number so consistently so often.

Thanks.

Edit: I found a contact email in the user manual online (I lost my original one). I shot them off a message now and I will post what I get back if anything for those that are interested. If you do have some information from your own experience, I would appreciate the help still.

I got a reply back from Voice Caddie, I think either they mispoke a or misunderstood my question, here is what they said.

"Hello, I spoke with my tech and he advised swing speed (I think he meant to say ball speed) can begin to become inaccurate around 150 mph with the SC100."

That is all the information I got. I asked some followup questions to get better clarity but nothing so far. I will report back when I hear back.

Until then, does anyone with long drive like club head speed own a swing caddie SC100 or SC200? If you do, does it seem to get your ball speed right? I have never seen one show anything over 177 (was on an SC200), and mine I can't seem to get past 175 (I have an SC100) even with a long drive club. Not sure if it is a bug or limitation or what. Would be nice to see someone with the ability to get ball speeds over 175 to test an SC100 for me and let me know if they were able to break 175. I just want to figure out if it is me, the range balls, or my swing caddie malfunctioning.

I never updated this post. I did get clarification that the SC100 seems to stop at 175 mph, and that the SC200 was similar. They said it can go past but it takes a lot to do so. I have verified that something is sketchy. Skytrak can read beyond 175 on the range, but the swing caddie would not. I will try and find my old email replies for you.

Yeah, I contacted their support team a while back and they were kind enough to do some verifying of my findings. They confirmed that all the units, even SC300 struggle with high ball speeds. I will need to dig up the email replies, I don't remember exactly what they said. What I recall is that they verified the SC100 hit a wall at 175 but can possibly read higher but would require ball speeds to be significantly beyond. I was hoping to confirm this with some other owners but nobody has replied regarding their experience.
