Grateful Dead in 1990 at Tinley Park, Chicago. Keyboard player died a couple of days later. For me, he was an integral part of the band and never wanted to see them again with a different member. Have never seen another concert since.....other than a little local bar band.

Assume this is directed towards Rock/Pop music...Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds ~ 4 years ago @ Warner Theater in DC

not much of a concertgoer anymore...

I attend classical quite often (well 3-4 times per year) here in DC at Kennedy Center or Strathmore - some big names...Yo Yo Ma at KC a few years back

Chee Yun at Strathmore, etc...definitely want to see Yuja Wang sometime soon

A list of concert thread has been done. How about a thread of the last concert attended.

My last was Alan Parsons Project at Levitt Pavilion I'm Denver this past June.

The Alan Parsons Project! I can't believe they are still around. I haven't heard of them since the Austin Powers movie.

LOL! They were around before the Austin Powers movies. There have been many members of the band and only Alan Parsons is an original but the Alan Parsons Live Project (as they are known now) sounded outstanding! A terrific show!!!!

I am just old enough to remember them from the early days, Eye in the Sky was a good album. My older sister bought the vinyl.

I Robot was also a terrific album. I owned cassette tapes of both Eye in the Sky and I Robot. Sirus has become a staple in the introduction of some sports teams before games, most notably the Chicago Bulls led by Michael Jordan in the early/mid 90s when they were winning championships.

Just got home from taking my 12 and 7 year olds to Imagine Dragons in Tampa. It was a present for my son. I’ll take them to anything if it gets them into live music!

    Great venue. Lawn seats

I’m not a fan but my kids had fun. They seem to be a better studio band than a live one.

Have heard them on the radio, they do sound like a studio band.

Technically speaking, last I saw Selena Gomez (heck, I think that’s her name).

My step daughter’s dad bought three tickets...one for her, one for her friend, and one in the nosebleed section for him just to keep an eye on them.

Turned out he had to go out of town so I was pressed into service. I found the most isolated section and watched the show. It wasn’t horrible but I was wishing I was drinking heavily the whole time.
