Ping G vs. G400 vs M3/M4 hybrids

I know there are some hybrid threads out there but looking for a bit more specific info. I currently have the Ping G 3 hybrid and am thinking about upgrading to the G400 or M3/M4 and possibly adding a 4 hybrid as well. Have it narrowed down to these options as I don’t really care for any others as far as shape and how they sit at address etc. Wondering if anyone out there has compared any of these against each other.

3 hybrid I like to use off the tee whenever I can as a fairway finder so distance is big for the 3. Of course also use it on par 5s and such.

4 hybrid I’m really just looking to replace my 4i as the hybrid is just easier for me to hit consistently off the deck.

I really like the shape of the G400(face and overall) but in the limited time I had to hit the G400 4H it seemed to want to go left and looked like it sat a bit closed, 3 hybrid is a different story as it sits more neutral. I was able to hit the M3/M4 at my local golf galaxy and the numbers seemed pretty good, adjustability is a plus as well but it is always so busy there I never have time to compare my current G to the G400 and M’s without signing up for a fitting and I will most likely buy used anyway so not really looking to pay for a fitting just to compare them.

So, anyone compare these? Any experiences, numbers, trends, things that stand out etc about these hybrids?

Any info/feedback would be greatly appreciated.

If it matters I’m a 7-8 HC and swing the hybrids about 90-95mph, not sure what my current driver SS is.

I play the Ping G 3 and 4 hybrid. I don't think the 4 sets up any more closed than the 3. Didn't like them at all with the stock shaft but as soon as I put the Ping tour shaft in them I fell in love. My dispersion is so much tighter and I can be more aggressive with it and I don't have to worry about it going left. They are now one of my favorite clubs in the bag.

Just bought a 3H. Haven't had a chance to play it yet, but I am sure she will be a good one?! If you are having trouble with 'closed' faces, try 818H or 5/7W?! ;)

It really just seemed to be the 4 and up that seemed too closed but maybe I’ll have to take another look. Still looking for anyone who has experience with/or comparing to the m3/m4 hybrids
